Great experience from getting a quote to the actual window cleaning. Ben was on time, texted me when he was on his way. He wore booties per my request (I do, however, think it is part of the way they do business anyway) and he worked quietly and did an excellent job on my windows. I contacted Benjamin at Blu Ladder through a friend who had used their services before. I answered a few simple questions, sent some pictures of our custom windows, and Benjamin gave me a quote for cleaning the inside, outside and solar screens for every window. He showed up on time and delivered 100% of what was promised. The windows look great - I am going to have Blu Ladder clean my windows every six months from now on. Job well done!

They were very easy to get a quote and schedule in it was within a week they were able to get out an wash our exterior office windows. It was easy to communicate with them through text when there was a weather delay and the invoice through an email to pay online was perfect for our needs. I recommend them and will be using BluLadder again.

Absolutely amazing! After a ton of research for window cleaning on our brand new, post construction home, we found BluLadder and are so happy we did! Ben, the owner, is nothing short of professional, friendly, polite, extremely positive and an overall great attitude!
