I’d been looking for someone trustworthy, efficient, dependable, good communication - Francy Maids was recommended on Nextdoor and they have lived up to their great reputation! Paula is so friendly and thorough. They have reasonable prices, are easy to pay online, bring all the equipment and use brand name products to clean with. Our house looks and smells amazing when she is finished!

I’ve used Francy Maids for 2 years and it’s the best cleaning service I’ve ever had. Francy herself is friendly, organized. and responsive. I love that she sends me quick reminder texts the day before. Fernanda is my cleaner and she is seriously the best. Fernanda provides biweekly cleaning for us and is the perfect mix of efficient and thorough. She is also very kind and I trust her. I highly recommend Francy Maids!

I am very pleased with this company's performance. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the owner sends a long text explaining the process and what will and will not be included. Lots of communication during the whole process, which i appreciated. This is the second cleaning that this service has provided. The first was a standard cleaning, and i was very pleased. Thie second time, my cleaner, Roberta, did an excellent job with a deep clean, even getting stains off my glass top stove that I had been unable to clean. Rates are reasonable and the payment process is easy. I will definitely use this company again.

As a homebody and a mom to three little ones, I highly value how the home feels. It’s hard with little ones to not have the home reflect how chaotic the day may have been but with Francy Maids, I felt a lot of peace be restored due to the excellence in their work! Do yourself a favor and hire Francy to clean your house! As a father of a 3 year old and 9-month old twins, we’re just trying to survive at this point. We try to maintain the house in order, but scarcely have time for the serious cleaning. Francy and her crew came by, provided all the cleaning materials, and provided an EXCELLENT service. We were so impressed not only with the quality of the work, but the speed!!! I never knew what I was missing in my life!
