I called just to get a quote and the woman on the phone was so nice and informative I booked their air duct cleaning on the spot. They were able to come the next day, which was awesome `coz it's a such busy time of the year. The tech also arrived literally at the timeframe I was given. He took pictures of the inside parts of the ducts we could not see (far back portions of the system) and it was actually gross to see how dirty it was in there. Pricing was fair and we immediately noticed a difference in indoor air quality after he left.
