All Service Heating, Air & Plumbing

After unfortunately having a horrible experience and being scammed by another “business” that would not return calls when the unit stopped working again a week later, I called All Service. Kathy, who scheduled our appointment was very pleasant and helpful! Andy Vestal, our technician, was great! He communicated clearly about when he would arrive and kept me updated. He allowed me to walk with him and watch every single thing he did. He showed me the issues from the previous repair and also things they should have taken care of. He gave me all kinds of information to help me realize we were previously over charged and he gave me some steps to take to possibly deal with that and also to report the other business. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable. He answered any question I had and was never pushy. He informed me of some future things he recommended we do but I felt zero pressure to do anything. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely continue to do business!

Fast response to my call to fix my A/C. Andy was polite and informative. Recommended switching to a 4" filter. I contracted for annual service, the cost of which was included in the amount paid for this service.
