This may be my second review (if I haven't already, shame on me), but I must make two mentions here: they have saved my family tens of thousands, as groups have come out in the past and instead of properly assessing the issues resorted directly to full system replacement (5 year old system - not sure how that would have made sense). Eric came out and took the time to analyze and address the simple issues that where as simple as improper installation (this was a few months back). The second note is we have had them come for a review and tune up (we signed up for the maintenance plan), Eric came back - so relieved to have a familiar face that was familiar with our system come - he went through everything meticulously not just a 15 minute look, was able to give a full analysis with a forward looking plan to make sure the proper maintenance was done for longevity. Continue to be impressed!

TemperaturePro is absolutely amazing! When I turned on my upstairs furnace for the first time this winter, it failed to work. The burners wouldn’t turn on, error codes were flashing, and only cold air was blowing out. I initially contacted Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning, who diagnosed the issue as a faulty control board. They claimed the furnace was too old to find a replacement part and recommended replacing the entire furnace—a $6,250 project.

I found it hard to believe that a replacement control board for a Carrier furnace—one of the largest manufacturers—wasn’t available, especially after only 30 minutes of searching. Feeling uncertain, I decided to get a second opinion and called TemperaturePro.

The manager, Scott Roesbery, quickly responded to my concerns. After reviewing all the information I received from Sirius, Scott found not only a replacement control board but also a universal board option—within hours! I couldn’t believe how thorough and professional he was compared to the other company.

Next, TemperaturePro sent out one of their technicians, Eric, to inspect my system and confirm the best solution. Eric was phenomenal. Not only did he determine that the control board was in perfect working order, but he also got my furnace running again and made minor adjustments to optimize its performance.

I was in shock when he told me the cost: ZERO. Yes, $0. What started as a $6,250 furnace replacement turned into a simple fix at no charge, thanks to the honesty and expertise of TemperaturePro.

After 16 days without heat, I’m so grateful I called such a reputable, professional company. TemperaturePro has earned my highest recommendation. If you’re looking for an exceptional contractor to service your home, look no further than TemperaturePro—they are truly the best!

Moe came out on a Sunday and was super nice and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He took his time to evaluate our problem and propose options. We are very happy with how fast we were able to get such a wonderful technician and will certainly consider TempPro in the future!

Darius arrived before 8 am and was very efficient. Replaced the blower motor with an exact match OEM motor. He finished in two hours including a thorough check of the system. He was courteous and took the time to answer questions. I highly recommend him.

TemperaturePro is fantastic, I highly recommend this company! Our A/C wasn’t cooling correctly, called TemperaturePro, and within an hour we had a technician at our door. Darius was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He troubleshot, diagnosed, and most importantly, fixed the issue!

I recently moved into a new home and had a few questions and concerns about my AC unit. I was really impressed with how Eric immediately diagnosed the issues I was dealing with, and fixed them right away. I appreciate that he took the time to answer my questions and explained the issues and solutions to me when I had no idea what was going on. Eric's service went beyond my expectations and I'm thankful for the amount of care and effort he puts into his work.

Moe was so nice and knew exactly what he needed to do. And was nice to my dog. Worked quickly and gave recommendations that were easy to understand the reasoning. I appreciate his honesty and quick work.

I joined the seasonal maintenance plan and today was my first appointment, our tech was Eric F. He got to the house within our assigned window and was very personable and knowledgeable. I know technicians run on a tight schedule to try to get to everyone each day, but I never felt rushed at all and he even took time to listen to other concerns/questions and give thorough answers. He made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Super easy to work with, overall a great experience!

I'm so grateful for Darius M. for rendering A1 service from beginning to end. He fixed a nitrogen leak issue that the initial installers of our HVAC unit missed. Darius found the issue and made sure everything was operating correctly. He's a hard worker and integral. We will stay in contact with him for times to come.

I’ve used Temperature Pro for two years now, and I tell everyone I can about them. Both Eric and John that have come to service my home during the biannual check ups and are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and SINCERE (so hard to find with HVAC companies 😭). I love that all I have to do is sign up annually for two seasonal check ups/turn ups and not have to worry about a thing. They are super great at building relationships with their customers, establishing a baseline of expectations; they can clarify nearly anything (I learn so much every time I ask) and they love to see your HVAC unit in good condition! This is the only company out of three I have tried where each time they come I don’t have to worry about hearing a sales pitch or a wondering why my unit is worse off after they’ve visited. Temperature Pro’s approach is like that of a friend’s; I just hear what I need to know. Absolutely love them and will be using them for a long time!

Darius was amazing during our recent HVAC service visit! He was on time, super knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain what was wrong and what he was going to do about it. You can tell he’s been doing this for years! He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. And on top of that, he was incredibly polite and respectful of our home. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend Darius for any HVAC needs!
