Disorganized, many prices not labeled, including on pavers I was interested in. No one in garden could help. Went to register, only 1 person at a register in the whole store. She couldn't help. Customer service, no clue. Someone higher up was going to check, so I waited at the pavers. After more than an hour in the store, I gave up and left. Not going back to this store.

Walmart on 2041 Redbud Blvd, McKinney, TX 75069 is the worst pick up ever. Waited for hours for my foods and stuffs. Check in and got my foods 2 hours later in the pick up spot #6.
They need do something help to speed up the pickup order. Waiting for 2 hours, ant nobody got time for that!

No call no show

Tree trimmer I had for a few years is now out of business. Received three quotes. One was totally unreasonable, quoted me over the phone and was triple the price of what I eventually paid. The second made two appointments to come out and give me a quote. They never showed for either and ghosted me via text after the second time.

Hernandez and Sons was the only service willing to come out for the quote which was more in line with what I had paid the prior year. I got to know Isaac Hernandez and knew immediately he was the guy. Took lot's of notes and calculations before quoting me.

They showed up on-time and did a beautiful job. Isaac was very concerned with my opinion and wanted to make sure we were happy. They are reasonable, but more important. they do what they say they are going to do. We are VERY HAPPY! Thanks Isaac and crew!

My family & I have been with Gecko Green for less than a year and my husband always took care of our home maintenance, unfortunately he passed recently and I had to change all our info over to myself. That’s when I called Gecko Green and was somewhat in a bit of a mess because of everything I was dealing with, but the operator that answered was an absolute sweet heart. I then spoke with our regular tech who was also very comforting. I’d like to commend both of them for being so kind to me during such a difficult time. Caleb and I wish I would have asked for the operator’s name are absolute angels. Thank you Gecko Green for such a sweet gesture by sending me this gift. They will always have my business.

This was my first treatment. Pablo walked the yard as we discussed the various grasses and weeds, what the treatment would kill, what future treatments would do, shady yard areas... He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Michael is a great tech! In fact, everyone in the company is just an amazing group of professionals. My wife and I had concerns a few months ago about our service and we received so many calls from multiple levels of the team reaching out to help. It was a phenomenal effort to find out the cause of our concerns and resolve it. As customers we just felt so valued in a society that now seems to think great customer service is optional. Easily the best lawn care I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Gecko Green let me know exactly what my lawn needed and why, how they stand behind their work and showed up on time and ready to work! Trevor did a great job aerating our yard. He texted ahead of time to let me know he would be coming to service the yard. If you are looking for someone to keep your lawn looking good, I recommend Gecko Green.

I wasn't able to greet Zacharia at the door but I took a look at my cameras footage and saw how thorough he was applying the medication. I also appreciated him picking up my shoes (im so sorry) before he sprayed and placing the bricks back where they were.

We had Mr. Pablo come out and treat our yard. Pablo was nice and very knowledgeable. He gave me a quick follow-up phone call after service. I like that personal touch.

Used these guys for years. Very pleased with the results.
