Great experience with Semper Solaris from Danny! Quick turnaround time as well. We called this morning and he came by in the afternoon.

I'm editing my review. Semper did above and beyond to fix all issues. I must say I suspected we'll be on our own after they installed, and it didn't function properly right away.
However, they didn't save efforts to make it in line, no matter how much time they had to come and deal with the local supplier and IT things.
Semper is very reliable and responsible. Happy we chose them.

Your company did a great job of installing the system and being very timely. Very professional workers, also. But your service and maintenance is terrible! I have SolarEdge monitoring which has gone offline several times a year and we reboot the system. Fine. However, it recently went down again along with one of the two inverters. When I called for help, your answering service put me on hold for all most an hour and when I left a callback number nobody returned my call. That was a week ago. In the following days I finally got to talk to Jennifer after being on hold hours on end again (she was very nice) and she insisted on having someone at our home to check things ( we are seasonal and not there during summer) Fine. I set up today to have my electrician there and Jennifer would ask him questions when he called. Well he arrived and called her/your service and sat there for two and a half hours at my expense waiting for a call back. I also called and was put on hold fir over an hour. Nobody called back either. This is unacceptable since I set this up the day before and then was treated like dirt. We spent $55,000 for your system and you treat us like this? Shame on you. Going forward I will tell anybody who will listen that Semper Solaris is the worst company I know of for solar and to go somewhere else for solar and anything else you sell. This time I will research for a more reputable and dependable company for any service we need. In closing, your stinginess in not having more telephone help and service techs is going to cost a lot more in future sales. We deserved call backs!!!!!!!

We selected Semper to complete our HVAC system as we had them install our Solar system several years back. Chris & Armando were our installers and they were GREAT! The attention to detail, communcation, work ethics, and knowledge was A+! I would highly recommend!! :)
