It seems to like tilson homes have become overpriced.you have to get upgrades to get a basic home plan.

Tilson was the builder for our current house, and we are expecting to use them again!

These homes are beautiful on the inside. Love the lay outs. Family owned company which is hard to find.

Excellent customer service when looking at options. They need to have an open sign since they are rebuilding the other houses. They did not look open when we first drove by

Salespeople are patient and informative. Good standard options and nice upgrades. Will build in Texas but not Oklahoma.

So far, so good. Drove to Melissa TX just to look at a model home. Looking forward to having them build us a house.

tried to download brochure, had to give up email address, and now can't find brochure on computer. Me thinks me been had. Me thinks yousa fake. I know for certain I'll not use your dubious company.

Terrible quality, have low expectations. Their subs will also trash the neighborhood, so your neighbors won't be happy! Trash is everywhere all the time, wind or not respect people's property and manage your people!

Cheyenne is awesome. We are just getting started but so far are enjoying our time with Tilson ... BTW, how do I get one of those cool Tilson tape measures ... Lol.

Unfortunately I live in Oklahoma so they can't build for me but I stop by to look at the rockwall every now and then. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I stop by even when they know i cant use them. Wouldn't hesitate to use them to build The Rockwall if I could.

Cheyanne, thank you for the assistance and information you provided me several months ago when I first came to meet with you. Even though I decided not to build, you were so helpful in providing information and guidance on the home building process. This information was highly beneficial to me as I moved forward in deciding what I wanted to do.

Have been to a different Tilson parks and they are all very friendly and helpful, and the quality on the homes is what set them apart from other builders, I will definitely build my dream home with Tilson once we are ready, We will be building the San Jacinto plan Nidia has designed for our family.

I registered client prior to our visit and was there at first meeting and during planning stage. After several months in, Builder rep told buyer to take me off contract for a better price. I have papertrail, ample proof and even reached out to reps boss, ownership, corporate, etc. They dont care. REALTORS BEWARE and BUYERS RUN-unethical and illegal.
