The owner and his wife have great integrity. They are responsive, and very communicative. This is a great company to work with. I called them because I had an office with their AC down. They rearranged the schedule to get someone out there before we closed. When they got there, they didn't know how to work on our system. Instead of giving up, they sent the owner to the office to look at it. He said he had been working with AC for 30 years and never seen a system like it. He recommended finding someone more specialized for that system to ensure we get it fixed right. Premier didn't charge me a trip charge for the visit to look at the AC. I think it's great that they sent a tech and the owner to help, but didn't charge because they didn't feel it was right.

I have been a loyal Premier customer since 2018. Lee, Sondra, and their team have replaced my hvac and electrical system in my 1966 home. They are a Christian & family company that treat their employees and customers with old fashioned values. They saved the day again today when my ac went out in the middle of the night! Randall was efficient, helpful, & professional. Now, I can enjoy my weekend with glorious air! Thank you!!!!!
