I’ve had them out twice now for warranty work. First time turned out to be nothing, but the second time the plumber (James) had to put in some work. He was very courteous and professional both times, and did a great job.

I have issue on my hvac unit thats was installed in a new built house i bought few months ago.Everything went smooth from the representative who took the call and setting an emergency appointment the next day. Mr. Wellington from L&S company came early today didn’t expect that they will be able to send someone this early at 8am. I was happy with the outcome. both my hvac and AC UNITS ARE WORKING PERFECTLY!! In addition he was very patient and very polite . He gave me a good explanation what was issue and how he fixed it. He took the time to answer all my questions..I hope you guys have 100’s of employees like him . He knows what he was doing ,only an experienced personnel have that dedication. I appreciated what he has done 100 folds! my attic is like third floor and climbing up the stairs multiple times is not easy !! Thank you so much L&S truly a great service ! thank you Mr Wellington for a job well done!! I bet he was your finest employee!! thank you thank you!!

Ray was professional and did a great job explaining what he would do to troubleshoot the issue each step of the way. He had our plumbing issue fixed and working again in under an hour.

Ray came to properly install a dishwasher drain hose. He was very professional and clearly explained the issue and how he fixed it. He has come to our home a few times and each time he is awesome!

Wellington did a great job. Very courteous and having high helping attitude. Though problem at my place was not a big in nature, but he still took his time and make sure all is fine.

Ray did an awesome job. He cut back our hot and cold supply lines and reset the drain for our new IKEA wall mounted sink cabinet, then assembled the faucet and drain lines from the new sink to the new lines and drain in just 2 hours. Thanks Ray!

Ray from L&S is fantastic! I've had Ray out here a few times to get our tankless working and more recently a leak in garage. Hes always Super nice, professional and knows his stuff! I always feel at ease when I know hes coming.
