I had some lights not working and 5th Generation sent out Matt and Xavier to check out my problem. Matt and Xavier arrived on time and were very professional and did a complete survey of my electrical system and diagnosed my problem. They explained what the problem was and how much it would be to fix the issue. Very professional service, they took their time and explained what they were doing as they worked. Problem was fixed, they completely cleaned up everything and explained other issues that might need future attention.
I would highly recommend this company!

5th Generation has provided service to my home three times now, and I was very satisfied each time. They've done small projects and larger projects. Service techs are courteous and professional, do great work, and take time to explain everything carefully and thoroughly. These guys are my go-to electricians.

Thank you for locating the fault with a non-functional ceiling fan at my mom's house. Josh made my 89-yr-old mother feel at ease, patiently answering our questions. As I wrote in a review a year ago, I'll continue to use 5th Gen as much as I get a chance. Was a great experience. Can't thank Josh enough for working around the obstacles and quickly troubleshooting to keep cost at minimum for us. Clear explanation of what caused problem, and he gave best options for repair, plus fixed on the spot as no parts were needed.
Setting up the appt was painless, easy process all the way around and notification came when Josh was en route. Many thanks!
