Martha and Jerome came right on time and they did a fantastic job! They talked with me and my husband and asked lots of questions to make sure that our expectations were met. They were extremely professional and a joy to work with and have in our home. Merry Maids of East Dallas, do whatever you can to keep this valuable team. The maids are all so nice and polite. Generally, I’m happy with the cleaning service. My issue is the consistency with the cleans. It can change depending on the maid or maids assigned.

Provided them with my own vaccuum, steam mop, towels and natural cleaning supplies. Mainly because they wanted to use a dirty mop in my home. As well as towels that I couldn't tell if they were clean. This was the worst service I've ever had and will never work with this company again. I have a really clean home, and to have someone spend an 1.5 hours to clean a bathroom, makes no sense at all. Especially because our house was a new build. We don't even use that bathroom. I still don't understand what she was doing with the door closed that whole time. Don't use this service unless. And they will send you a contract and you are locked into using them for 10 cleanings no matter what. BEWARE!

Merry maids Dallas is so amazing. Convenient, thorough cleans (literally sparkling when they leave), and every person that has come over has been such a kind person. 11/10 all around!

Excellent service and affordable. I got several quotes before I booked this service. To be honest they prices were so reasonable, I had low expectations of there service. I was wrong. They messaged when they were on the way and showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning my rental home for a move out cleaning. I forgot to turn my a/c on for them which resulted in them not being able to complete it. However they squeezed me in the next day when they were booked. I recommend!!!

We really love Savannah and Macy. She does a great job cleaning and is polite and kind. Please continue to send Savannah to our home.

The service is very pricey. Please reduce the cost. $150 an hour is exuberant. Thank you for your consideration.

Had a decent experience. Cost was definitely low if you lock in to their more frequent cleanings. Cleaners were kind. They forgot a few things like vacuuming/mopping a bathroom and I didn't really want to start any trouble. Would say they did a decent job. They mentioned my house was clean already and I'd say if you're already fairly picky on your cleaning it may be more worthwhile to find a spot that does hourly cleaning since this will definitely become pretty expensive if you look at it from an hourly rate.

$200 an hour based on how long the two were here.

They were very professional, but not exceptional.
I paid extra to get the base boards cleaned, and they looked better than they previously did, but I expected them to actually be clean.
They missed a few cob webs as well.
Walls in the bathroom still dusty and the bathroom floor didn't come out great.
Overall, they did their job (And I appreciate it!), but I wouldn't say they were amazing.

Overall I am thrilled with the service and customer service. Savannah does a great job and is quick to help with any issues that come up when I need cleaning “help.” Like sticky floors, or extra dusty or dirty after kids visit…

Had two young ladies come in. Got right to work, finished in less than two hours. Very impressive. I was with another company and I tried twice to get them to block a time with me and they never did. I paid a year's fee 's also that I'll never get back. Merry Maids is the best!

I requested Kisha after having a few different housekeepers because she is thorough, fast, and consistent. She does not try and cut corners because of time. I enjoy being the first on the schedule so my home is not cleaned with previously soiled cloths and mops.

I have been using Merry Maids for some time now! Harleigh and Victoria are amazing. They are nice, pleasant, and thorough. They have been servicing my home for over 2 years now. I am thankful for the dust they remove (so I don’t have to sneeze) and the service they provide overall!

Our first deep clean went very well. They were very prompt and began cleaning after getting a tour of our home since it was their first time here. Very cordial and anxious to do a good job! Looking forward to our next cleaning. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Macie does an amazing job with my home. She is very kind and personable and definitely deserves all the raises she can get hahaha. On a serious note, I am very comfortable with her being in my home. She leaves my house smelling so fresh and clean and it takes a huge load of work off of my shoulders. 10 out of 10.
