I recently used One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Mesquite, and I couldn’t be happier. Booking an appointment was easy, and the technician arrived exactly when promised. He took time to walk me through the issues with my AC and clearly laid out the repair options. His attention to detail and genuine care for getting things right were impressive. The house was left spotless, and my AC is running smoothly now. I’ll definitely call them again for future HVAC needs.

I had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Mesquite. The technician was on time and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn’t just fix the issue; he made sure I understood what went wrong and how to prevent future problems. The service was efficient, and the team’s friendliness made the whole process stress-free. I believe the guy name was Torey, he was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and got the job done in a decent amount of time. He made sure that he explained the problem in detail before he started working. GREAT customer service & would definitely use them again and also recommend!!!!

Thank you to one hour heating and air conditioing and thank you to Tory for the excellent service. I originally called reliant which was a mistake. I waited for reliant for 9 hours and they didn't show so I called one hour and they were there within 45 minutes and fixed my problem. The cost was affordable and I signed up for a membership.
