Kerry and crew were my choice after 5 bids. Simple criteria for the selection. Reputation, courteousness, knowledge, promptness of service and bid, pricing and financing flexibility. Mathis aced all categories and I had a new system installed 72 hours later. And they cleaned up the Attic, hallway and pathways in our home.

They were transparent with what the problem was, listened to our needs and gave us several options to consider. I didn't feel over sold or scammed or under any high pressure sales techniques.

I had to replace my whole unit a few months ago. They gave me three options of units and had it installed in the same week. There was a problem with the electric but it's an old house. The repair guy and the owner came over on a Saturday morning to get it fixed. Very pleased with the service and the price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. They also offer financing, which is a lifesaver.
