This use to be good service but lately they have been slacking doing less than half the job. Just watched the guy park in front of my neighbors home then walked down the sidewalk to side of my house then across the yard to other side of house to back yard where he only made a circle and went back to his truck. This was like in less of a minute in time.

Worst customer experience ever! After servicing my lawn for several years (it ended up worse than when they started), they showed up once at the beginning of 2024.
They never came back, did not call, never returned my numerous calls, just disappeared. In 2025, I hired a new company to do the lawn. Just today, Sept. 25, I was returning home and there was an Enhanced Views truck in my driveway with a work order to do a treatment. First I've heard of them in close to 2 years. Luckily, I stopped him before he started, as I had a treatment 2 days earlier by the other company, and there is no telling what kind of damage that would have done. THEY NEVER EVEN CALLED ONCE TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING!

We had enhanced views as a lawn service for about a year. They stopped coming to our house. We hired somebody else that has been doing our yard for the past year. Last month enhanced view showed up and treated my yard without contacting us. I contacted them. They said they would take care of it. They showed up again today and treated my yard. They left a bill stating last month and this month is due. I will be calling them first thing in the morning as they did not answer the phone this evening, trying to resolve this problem.

We have been using this company for 2 years and our lawn was a disaster and now we have the best in the neighborhood.. Neighbors are asking how do we get our lawn so green. Ryan, Amber and there crew are amazing and real professional

Enhanced views has been treating my lawn for years and I’m always impressed with their customer service! They are great about paying attention to details and taking care of things that even I miss. In my area they are so much more affordable than some of the other companies and all family owned! If you need a reliable lawn service I would recommend trying them out, my whole family uses them now!!

I have used Enhanced Views to fertilize my yard, shrubs, trees and put down fire ant treatment for at least 10+ years. In 2024 they started slacking off and 2025 I had to keep calling them several times to come back and treat for the fire ants. I have always paid them for the entire year in advance to get the 10% discount but not this year since I could no longer rely on them to come out as scheduled. They said no problem and they gave the me price for 2026 and said they would start in January or February and I have called them 3 times and I can't get anyone to call me back and I called Ryan's number and it has been disconnected. I just looked out and they are across the street at my neighbors, so I am very interested to see if they come over to my house. I have no idea what is going on with this company that use to be so good????
