Had an issue with toilet in master bath, which required a service call and then a return call because they did not have a part in stock. Prior to their visit I gave them the model number for my toilet. They returned and the total price was $500! A new toilet only cost about $350.
While they were here, I asked them to check the tank water level on the guest bath toilet to see if they could easily raise it. They said no problem, raised it and when they left, it started running. Another service call another part they need to order and another $500 before it’s fixed. It was fine before they adjusted the water level! Two minor issues with toilets and the total repair will be close to $1000. I like Riddell but not their business model. -

Samuel Sanchez is outstanding with his plumbing skills as well as communicating with us to help us understand what needs to be done. He is kind, patient, and makes the experience easier to manage. His helper Brandon has a good role model to follow. Brandon was communicative and respectful when he assisted Samuel on the job. Nick came as a third person on the big part of the job yesterday He too was very pleasant and contributed to the complicated job that they were doing under our house. All three have represented the Riddell well. We appreciate Greg and the office staff working with the city. Highly recommend Riddell.
