They were hired to do some repairs on my home before we purchased it. There were problems with the electrical outlets and they were supposed to change them; they serviced the AC; and our dishwasher wasn't draining. They charged the seller over $2k for the work. The AC broke within a month of us moving in, the dishwasher was still plugged when we moved in, and plugs were still falling out of the sockets in the walls. They refused to fix anything after we signed on the house, even saying that the outlets weren't a safety hazard (they were) and that my plugs were only falling out because "they were cheap chinese made crap" compared to the electricians american made tester, even though I plugged in various plugs and outlets, chinese, american, english, swedish; they didn't care. I've been replacing the outlets and switches in the house myself. Don't hire these dudes. They won't care about their work or your safety.

BEWARE! We did work for them as a subcontractor, and it has now been 81 days, and he refuses to pay us for work he and his wife both authorized. Our 1st invoice was for less than we originally quoted them. A second trip was made at the request of Michelle and authorized by her "to make the customer happy" - we dropped what we were doing and ran to accommodate their request in hopes of building a good business relationship. Jimmy refuses to pay stating the 2nd trip wasn't authorized and Michelle plays dump and says she only does what Jimmy tells her to do. If she can authorize the work to be done, she should be able to authorize the payment for the work! If you are doing sub work for them, make sure you get a signature and don't let your lien rights expire!

I had a great experience with United General Service while remodeling the back half of our home. After buying our house, we found 2 'DIY additions' that were poorly built--everytime it rained water would flood our sunroom.

We had reached out to several contractors, but were not able to settle on a good price and vision. However, when we spoke to Jimmy he listened to what we needed and was able to come in to our budget. Jimmy was great to work with and his team was amazing. They were knowledgeable patient and hard working. If we had questions or suggestions they were always willing to accommodate.

The team re-roofed the house, built two new rooms, and even added a shower to our tiny bathroom. If you are considering a construction team to tackle your roof, additions or fence these are the guys you want.

Also, Trevor and Travis are the real superstars. They consistently went the extra mile, collaborated with us and their attention to detail was impressive.

We used Tim's Lawn Care to handle Lawn Mowing, Parking Lot cleaning and other services for 9 months on a Commercial Property located in Mesquite, Texas. This retail property consist of over 2 Acres and had a 23,000sf building on it. Tim's Lawn Care did an excellent job maintaining the common area of the property for the owner in addition to taking care of additional work when needed. For example, we had a large tree blow down due to high winds and they came out quickly and cut up the tree and hauled off the debris. In addition, we had people dumping trash in the rear of the building from time to time and Tim's Lawn Care once notified, would come out and clean things up for us at very reasonable pricing. Fast, Easy, and Reliable service was just one call away.
Finally, we had them clean up the inside of the building and complete some ceiling tile demo and installation work over the weekend to stay in compliance with the city fire department code and regulations. They were always professional and dependable and did a great job for us. Once the property sold, we happily passed their name and recommendation along to the new owners of the property to consider using their services.

Larry went above and beyond for my roof repairs. He was very professional and always attentive to my concerns. The office people are friendly (they remembered my name, on the second visit back) When the crew came out to install, everything went so smooth and quick! They made my roofing experience great, with no stress. I’m so glad that GOD brought them to me…cause the other people I called to give me estimates were a JOKE and rip off. Was a great experience working with Greg and his employees at Roofix. They upgraded roof vents for free, getting rid of my outdated wind turbines. No more wearing out bearings and then squealing through the night wondering what is that noise. I ended up with a good looking new roof that makes my house look great.
