Reviews of local pros in Mesquite, Texas

If I could give Chandler & Black Diamond Landscaping more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. When I first took over this high-rise property, the outdoor space was nothing but bare dirt — lifeless, bland! I had a vision in my head of what the space could be, but I needed someone who could not only understand it but elevate it.

From day one, Chandler approached this project with professionalism, passion, and an eye for design that immediately set him apart. He didn’t just “do landscaping” — he transformed an empty, uninspired area into a modern, luxurious oasis that now looks like it belongs in a lifestyle magazine.

What impressed me most was how intentional he was with every detail. He selected plants and materials that not only looked stunning, but also made sense for the climate, the building, and the long-term maintenance needs.

The space now feels like a retreat. Residents constantly stop me to rave about how much they love the new outdoor lounge. It’s become a favorite spot for gatherings, quiet mornings, and late-night conversations. The transformation is honestly unbelievable — it went from “nothing to see here” to one of the most impressive amenities in the building.

Chandler along with his team at Black Diamond didn't just do a job… they delivered a masterpiece. His work has added value to the property, joy to the residents, and pride to our team. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft, listens to your vision, and brings it to life with exceptional skill, look no further!

Black Diamond Landscaping has been fantastic to work with! Their team is reliable, professional, and always delivers high-quality work. I especially want to shout out Martin, our account manager, who has been an absolute standout. He’s attentive, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything on our property looks its best. His communication and follow-through make all the difference. Highly recommend Black Diamond Landscaping—and definitely ask for Martin!

Black Diamond does an exceptional job!Especially Michael! From our very first consultation, he was professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to delivering high-quality work. Their team arrived on time, communicated every step of the process, and worked efficiently without ever compromising on detail. The craftsmanship and care they put into our landscaping truly exceeded our expectations — everything from the design to the finishing touches looked even better than we imagined.
What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure the final result matched our vision perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service, fair pricing, and top-tier workmanship, but Black Diamond delivers all of that and more.
We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will absolutely be using Black Diamond again for future projects. Highly recommended!

he trimmed several dead branches from a tree .cut them up and moved them to curb, very kind and respectful.

The guys at Wilco did an outstanding job for us. From start to finish they were on top of everything. Satisfied Customer!

The Wilco team is extremely professional and communicative. The workmanship is excellent. Definitely recommend.

Great Job Wilco Contracors. They walked me through my entire claim process. Very professional and patient. I would reccomend them to everyone I know!

Great company, delightful to work with. Courteous, professional, thorough in all areas. Respectful of property as work was performed.

Top notch service!! Very prompt and professional. Repairs were done right the first time. Would definitely recommend for your roofing project!

A1 service, from start to finish and at a fair price. He also mentioned they do solar panels... next project for sure. Good team of people will use again and again.

Highly recommend Wilco for roofing and repairs. Great company to work with that stands behind their work.

I gave Arthur J Williams $20600 worth of business to do repairs on my house. He put on a roof which is not suppose to be used in this area because of the wind in the Mansfield/Grand Prairie is too strong. Aruhur did offer me a roof for $800 more but he said this was a 25 year roof and it is if you don't live here. Of course he is out to screw me so he didn't tell me how poor this roof was. I noticed how poor this roof was when I was cleaning out the gutters with a battery powered blower and I saw the shingles flopping like crazy. Be advised you don't have to have any experience or knowledge to be a roofer or a roofing company. You would think after I gave him all this business he would have given a roof that was to be used in this area. Well $20600. Don't take my word for t look up Owens Corning supreme singles.DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!

Second time using Wilco and both times they were professional and knowledgeable and helped me with my roofing needs.

I had a large roofing and window project. What I appreciate about this company is how thorough they are which really speaks to my need to have even the minor details paid attention to. The work that they did on my roof and windows was excellent and I will recommend to anyone needing a roof replacement.

AJ Williams and the WILCO contractors treated us like family. He never came across pushy or too eager to make the sale. He explained the claims process and walked us through each step with the insurance company. The crew members were very friendly and professional. If you need roof work there's not a better choice in the DFW metroplex.

Wilco Contractors is an excellent choice. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Wilco Contractors(AJ and William) where very knowledgeable, professional and articulate. They explained in great detail what the process involved and made sure everything was completed as promised. I would highly recommend Wilco Contractors.
