He was very punctual and knowledgeable about repairing the issue. My refrigerator went out and my brother told me about me about these guys. They sent out a gentleman and he was able to replace the part and have my fridge back up in running within 2 hours!!! It was a reasonable price for the repair I had done. Call these guys if you need help with anything 😁

I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case, I was compelled to. I was having some issues with my washer not completely draining out the water which was causing the cycle not to spin. I reached out to numerous businesses to get it done, but they were all overpriced. I reached out to Justin on OfferUp and he was straightforward from the beginning. He told me it would only be a $15 fee to diagnose which I thought was really great compared to all of the other businesses that I called. Everyone else was wanting $50 just to diagnose, not even including the repair fee and the cost for parts. I told Justin what the washer was doing, and he then suggested that I try draining the water out first before he came out. Surprisingly, the filter had a lot of debris and trash stuck in it which was preventing the water from freely flowing out! I was so shocked and relieved that it actually worked after removing the debris! I was so grateful that Justin was honest and upfront and didn’t just come to my house to take my money. If you’re having any issues with your appliances then this is definitely your guy! He was patient and very kind. Don’t hesitate reaching out to Justin, he will get you right!
