My property was damaged during the October tornado that hit North Dallas. Having never been in such a situation I had no idea what to do - it was crazy! Luckily Wilco was out assessing my neighbors damage and I asked if there may be time to take a look at my property. My neighbors highly recommended them. They were able to take a look that day and provided a very detailed summary of what they identified and suggested they be present when the insurance does a walk though to ensure nothing was missed. From that moment on I did not need to deal with the insurance company and AJ kept me updated on everything that was being completed and the timeframe. I had the entire roof replaced, internal and external painting as well as other repairs. Everything was completed at the highest of quality and on schedule. I appreciate everything that Wilco provided and would no doubt recommend to anyone!

They did my roof installation in the midst of COVID-19 pandemic (summer 2020). They were very professional and the process went very smoothly. They worked with my insurance to get me the best at no additional cost to me. They even sent the necessary information to my homeowner’s insurance agent and I received a pretty nice check since my new roof decreased my premium. Will definitely refer them to friends and family.

I highly recommend Wilco Contractors. They did an absolute amazing job on my roof and gutters. Ciara Rackers helped me every step of the way. She took care of all the insurance questions and helped me with all the paperwork! The best thing was, I didn't even have to leave my house. Wilco Contractors not only got the job done right, they got it done fast.

We worked with the owner of Wilco as well as some of his team on two different projects at our house -- one related to roofing and the other was related to the hardwood floors. The owner and his team did an excellent job and are professional, courteous, highly responsive, and accountable. They always keep you posted re status and deliverables, were impressively on time every time, and very resourceful. A true pleasure to work with and we intend to use them again and again.

It's so incredibly refreshing to deal with a contractor that does what they say they are going to do. AJ came to my home and laid it all out where I could understand the process of installing my new roof. No surprises! His entire team was professional, prompt and attentive to that which we considered 'special care' items like our hydrangeas around the house. They worked a long hard day and didn't leave a single nail or peice of trash behind. Wilco is a quality co employing professional people. I will definitely use them again.

Aj worked hard to get what we needed from our insurance company after they gave us the run around for weeks. He was able to get them to pay for the damage that they were responsible for but were neglected. He repaired our entire downstairs and part of our upstairs in a timely manner and it look amazing. Fast, affordable, and friendly. Will definitely call him again.

Wilco has always been very quick to answer calls and come check any issues we have had with our roof. I cannot recommend Wilco Contractors enough. Let me start with the A+ customer service. This team was extremely professional, honest, friendly and very thorough. The communication was above and beyond exceptional. We were made aware up front of the pricing, the timeline for work to be done, what to expect while the work was done and upon completion. Everything was explained before during and after the work was complete . The work was supervised the entire time and our safety was always top priority during the process. If I had questions, a team member was always available or reached out to me in a short period of time. I can go on. I HIGHLY recommend this company and am so grateful for such a seamless and pleasant experience.

AJ came to our home to access our roof. Friendly and efficient are the two words that come to mind to describe him. He took photos of the exterior of our home, all sides. Then he sent up a drone to capture photos of the entire roof. All photos were sent to me quickly via email to download. I would highly recommend!

Wilco Contractors are AWESOME!!! My husband and I previously received several rejections for a roof replacement on our home. Several roofers came through claiming to have our best interest at heart, but I soon found out the interest was only for their pockets. I had one company to file two claims back-to-back, which did not help my claim filing history. As time passed, and I had conversations with different individuals concerning my roof; I kept hearing the name of A.J. mentioned as someone who is very good in this business, and who is very trustworthy. I truly believe God put A.J. before me, because I heard his name mentioned from at least 3 different people. When I finally contacted A.J, he traveled a distance to my home, listened attentively to my story, and after inspection of my roof, he determined that a roof replacement was definitely in need. I gave him the information to my insurance company, and he told me this company was one with very strict guidelines when it comes to roof replacements. He also told me he would contact the company on my behalf. He said based on his experience with this company, it probably would take some time, but he would help in every way possible. As others had done before, A.J. contacted our insurance company, and sure enough, again our claim was denied. We then requested another inspection where he would meet their inspector to point out and discuss seen areas of concern; again...denied!!! He suggested a public adjuster and/or an apprasial process; so we began the process. AJ. and his son, Camron made several trips to our home, meeting with different people during this process. To make a very long story somewhat shorter; in a nutshell, Wilco Roofing Contractors played a MAJOR part in getting us a beautiful new roof with expert workmanship, and in a timely manner. Let me also add that everything that transpired was done under one (1) claim. We are so thankful for all the time and energy they put forth to make this happen. There is so much more to be said about this attentive, family-oriented company, but if you have continued to read this far, your time has already been far spent. For your main take away, TRUST that this is a company that really cares, is highly experienced, professional, and courteous; and they will go beyond that extra mile to get the help you need.
