Horrible experience, do not use!
Way overcharged, tech was incredibly rude and aggressive, repair didn’t last 24 hours and they hung up on me. Avoid at all cost. -

Called on a Tuesday and set up a repair Monday from 2-5pm. Right after realized I need the earlier window. Call everyday up till Friday. Got a call at 520 saying they were on their way. Told them no one was there so the would reschedule for Monday. Monday no one showed so I called. They sent someone the next day and said we needed a heating element and they would have to order. Left the dryer tore apart in the kitchen and said the part would be in on Thursday. So I paid for half. I finally fixed it myself but still no response. I did get someone to answer a could of days ago that said they would call me right back. This has been horrible. $249 for a $18 part.

I do not recommend this appliance repair. They gave a 2 hour window when they would arrive and they were almost an hour late. And he never attempted any repair on my washing machine, he turned it on then he looked underneath, said it was a bad bearing and said it would cost $600 to repair it. So I paid him $89 for his service call and he left. I got a different repair company out for a second opinion and they properly diagnosed the problem. New computer board and vibration censor. And the repair didn’t cost $600 like this first one quoted.
