Beaty Lawn & Landscape did an exceptional job with the stonework on our front flower beds. They look terrific and added so much curb appeal and beautification to our house. Kasey, Stephen, and their team were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Great communication, professional, helpful, and clearly committed to quality work. A+ experience - highly recommend!

Thank you very much to everyone at Beaty Lawn and landscape. My widened driveway 3ft looks great and the back patio extending 19ft is flawless. Your concrete work is excellent, and will last a lifetime. I was amazed how easily your team made it look. The new sod in front yard made it look 100 times better than before. Your work speaks for itself. All concrete work was done in 1 day. Then the sod work was done on another day and finished same day. I will recommend Beaty to anyone and everyone that is thinking of having ANY lawn or landscaping needs.

My elderly parents were offered lawn service from this company as a gift from their neighborhood after my dad was hospitalized. Since that time, my parents have begun to pay half. The employees have been asked on 3 occasions including today to skip their mowing after a hard rain to avoid ruts in the yard. The female who "handles"the office called to ask why she skipped today and my mom told her "the boys out there have already been told not to mow after a hard rain". The office person took HUGE offense to them being called "boys " and proceeded to talk loudly over my mom telling her that she shouldn't disrespect the employees. The office person then said that my mom shouldn't talk to the employees and told her she couldn't be so demanding since she didn't pay the entire bill by herself!! I took over the phone call at that point and explained that my mom was being disrespected by her at this point and who paid the bill was none of her business as long as it got paid. I asked if the people that paid more were allowed to talk to the employees!
Our view point was that we can talk to anyone on our property. Additionally, we can refuse service at any time for any reason. The office person never stopped taking over me either and spent 30 minutes telling us that they have 3 crews, they work very hard, they have an actual office vs other lawn services that don't, etc, etc. That was irrelevant and certainly didn't create an excuse for her to be so rude.
The way both me and my mother were spoken to and talked over is absolutely unacceptable. We required immediate cancelation of our account due entirely because of the way we were treated by her although today's issue was as simple as a request not to mow on soggy ground! That's a pretty pitiful reason to lose a customer but I have to assume it's not a singular occurrence since the other neighbors have canceled their service as well. The sole reason for the 2 starts given is in respect to the employees who always did a great job
