DJM Plumbing, LLC

Well they came out and cleaned out a sewer clog 2 weeks ago. They are back today and I am told they do NOT have the equipment to do more than that. I really didnt want tonuse one of the "big guys" I prefer to work with the local companies, however, They cannot tell me anything more so now they want to charge me another $100 AND I have to find someone who is actually equipped to fix it. Call them for simple stuff but they can't handle the big repairs. They are very nice when they come out, They just apparently are not equipped with a camera to diagnose what's wrong.

Edit after reply-- I understand that the clog removal was discounted. I put in there exactly how much I was charged. I was charged about $175 for the first clean out. What I didn't put in the review is that the cap to the cleanout was left off after the first visit. I understand the camera is a big investment just would have been nice to know when I called that I would need someone else. As I also stated the folks were nice and did arrive within the time allotment. The website says "sewer repair" but that should be amended to simple sewer clogs.

DJM has done work on our house numerous times. They always have a solution, don't price gouge, are professional, and stick to their promised schedule. Thank you DJM!!!!

I had an emergency leak with a river running down the street, and DJM Plumbing was the only plumber that cared enough to rearrange their schedule, and come out to fix the problem. They are affordable, professional, and accommodating! I wish more plumbers were this flexible and considerate. Thanks DJM!
