I highly recommend Hurst! We had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called and they actually answered the phone unlike others that route you through Home Advisor. They came within 20 minutes of calling. They gave us an estimate first and then completed the work in less than an hour from the time we called them. Thank you Hurst! We really appreciate the excellent service!

Hurst Plumbing is by far the best service I have ever used. My water heater wasn’t working and I called several companies and they all would be a few days to get to me. But not Hurst! They came out that very day, fixed my water heater on a generous rate, and were so very professional and wonderful at their job. 10/10!

225.00 to unclog a toilet and didn't unclog it. Problem was left my gate open when they left and dogs got out. . After cleaning out the toilet before they came, they left it full to the brim with water and slime all over. Had a vacuum and bucket in hand as he walked out. 225.00 for a big mess.

The 2 men from Hurst Plumbing came out today to replace 2 faucets in one of my bathrooms. As requested, they called when they were on their way to my home and arrived when they said they would. They made short work of the job and did a great job. They cleaned up debris and were very courteous. Their quote was tied for the lowest I received. I will definitely use them again when I a plumbing need.

I had the best experience with Hurst plumbing today. I’ve been in the public service all my life with Home Depot. I would have loved to have him as an employee working for us . He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, courteous their price is very reasonable list goes, I will definitely pass Hurst plumbing name and phone onto everyone and friends here in Holly Lake Ranch, Tx. Terrible customer service! Came out and looked at the leak and said would be back the next day to get it fixed. About 3pm I called to get an update and nothing but Voicemail. I left both Voicemails and text messages all going unanswered. I do understand if issues come up that may have delayed service but a simple return call to provide an update is just not only basic customer service but the polite thing to do especially when my water has been turned off by the City. Another plumber I called the next day told me he has to follow up on their work quite often fielding other customer complaints. Beyond me how companies like this stay in business with such disregard to the customers. There are plenty of other companies to use, so do your research. Use them at your own risk, just wanted to provide expectations if you use these guys! Be forewarned!
