From the first time we texted Shree Homes we knew that the experience would be something different. Visham ensured he understood what we wanted from our new home and used his years of experience to guide us throughout the process, from drawing up the plans to the closing documents, he was there every step of the way. We would receive updates on the building multiple times a week, with pictures and explanations. When items needed to be changed, he did so without hesitation, always keeping our end goal and budget in focus. We’ve been in our house for almost three years and looking back, I cannot say how impressed we are with the service that we received. We’ve spoken to others who have built homes and we have not heard of anyone else who can surpass Shree Homes attention to detail, ability to communicate, and care of their clients. Shree Homes have truly been a blessing. Visham was a God-send. We met many builders before we came across Shree Homes. It was so challenging and discouraging at times. Visham was supportive throughout the entire process. He listens, keeps his word, and after almost a year of building… he’s more like family. I love him and his brother very much. My husband and I are forever grateful for Shree Homes building our dream home. It’s a pretty big deal for a young couple like us… but he made it easy to trust him, and we’re so glad we did!

When buying our first home there are so many issues and so many decisions and paper work to fill out that it becomes an anxiety inducing situation that you hope there are some pleasant and memorable moments as well. We used Shree Homes to remodel our kids’ Jack-and-Jill bathrooms and to replace our standard water heater with a tankless system, and they did an excellent job. Jay guided us through the entire design process, offering thoughtful suggestions that matched exactly what we were looking for. He is patient and very responsive to any questions throughout the entire process. He handled everything from design and fixture selection for the showers and vanities to picking up all the materials which made the whole experience incredibly convenient.
