These guys were fast efficient and they explained everything that was wrong and fixed it. We were fearing calling an electrician afraid of the cost. We called Rizzo Electric and they gave us a rough estimate which was right on in and out in an hour. Will definitely use them again.

I had an issue with the wiring in my bathroom and when I called I was given a time set up right away with up front pricing. I appreciated the communication from both the front office and driver. Technician fixed the issue within the hour and was professional. Jordan helped me with paying my bill easily over the phone.

I originally spoke with the scheduler on Friday afternoon and was offered immediate service. Our problem could wait until Monday so we did. Our technician showed up on time and was very friendly. After about 45 minutes he was able to find that there were a couple of loose wire nuts and we were back in business. This is not the first time we have used Rizzo Electric and certainly won't be the last. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks.

We needed to switch out the chandelier over our dining room table and also change out a light fixture and replace it with a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. We called one company and got a quote that was more than double the quote we got from Rizzo Electric. Frank came out to our house to provide the quote and we agreed to get the work done. He did an excellent job replacing both items. We thought we would have to patch and paint, but you couldn't even tell we replaced both of the items and it looked clean and perfect. The quality of service and the price were excellent and we highly recommend Rizzo Electric.

Fake company. Do not use.

This is a scam. They offer a discount subscription to a website to cover "services" under the pretext that one is paying for an electrician to come out and do a "diagnostic."

This Rizzo cat is just a call center. The electrician shows up 2 hrs late at night and did a terrible job. He arc-flashed himself not turning off the right breaker. I literally told him which breaker it was he needed to turn off. I asked questions I knew the answer to and he gave terrible responses & recommendations. Then charges me again for diagnostic fee and a replacement breaker that wasn't even needed, my breaker was fine. Not to mention the breaker wasn't even new, it was an old beat up one from the back of his truck. The electrician spent two hours fumbling around only to suggest new wiring job for $2,000.

A real electrician showed up the next day and found the problem in ten minutes. The neutral wire at the box manifold had a bad connection. Cut, strip, put back and problem fixed. All this was fraud and I will be contesting all charges.
