I had this company come out and install some flooring probably late November 2023. Since then, starting at 2 months after install, they have come back three times to fix issues with my flooring. I had them come back for the fourth time and the operations manager told me that this was completely their fault and it was prepped completely wrong... therefore they need to pull up the floor and relay it. Only to attempt to charge me an extra $400+ and pretty much pressure me to pay otherwise it would result in a 4 day delay.
Their communication with in the company is extremely poor and unprofessional.

This company is full of he said she said - they have given me the run around beyond measures and I am completely disappointed with this company.
I do not recommend them to ANY extent.
