This was my second time using this awesome company and Daniel did not disappoint me one bit. He was absolutely amazing for taking the time out to explain everything I needed to know, he took pictures for me to send to my rental company to inform them of potential issues. Daniel was an excellent technician He was on time and professional. Daniel explained to me why my HVAC system was having trouble and He did a thorough check of my venting system throughout the home please give this man a raise.

Amazing service, great communication, and extremely trustworthy! A/C went out and after getting taken advantage of from another HVAC company, was referred to Excellence A/C & Heating. They were quick to respond, did a thorough inspection, gave me options for repair, and completed repairs in a timely and courteous manner. I can't recommend enough. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work provided. UPDATE...recently decided to replace our aging HVAC system and chose to go with Excellence A/C & Heating because of past experience. They did an outstanding job at a competitive price. Service was prompt and professional. We are very happy with our choice to use Excellence. They are not just our first call, but our only call. I had a new coil installed yesterday. Impressed, is the least I can say about the dedication, professionalism and customer care from this company. Explained the situation very well and gave me options of the need/wants of the job to be done.They did an outstanding job. I would have been appreciative if they had dusted the area they used, but still this wouldn’t change the rating on the quality of work.

A technician by the name of Tom came to my home and did a repair to my upstairs a/c that we knew was not cooling. He found that our capacitor was gone out. He fixed it in no time and explained everything to me! He even took a digital thermometer and showed me how the air was cooling and waiting at our home for the air to cool to our desired level. He was able to explain all of my questions about maintenance and he also performed that on both of my units. We have had two companies fix our a/c’s in the past two years and both have not done the right job. So thankful for Tom and his great work! Will definitely refer him and this company to my neighbors!

Update! I made an appointment yesterday to have my AC lines cleared out, they came out the same day! Tom was very quick and knowledgeable. I'm glad I found this company and that they're so close to home.

Called and had the tech Daniel come out the same day. He came out and inspected my AC units and gave me honest feedback regarding what needed to be done including pictures and and an explanation in a way I could fully understand. Will definitely be using them and recommending them going forward.

I have had Excellence AC working on my systems for several years now. It is a fantastic group of individuals. I'm the sort of person that likes to watch and learn while they work. The technicians never seem to mind and are happy to teach me. They always present options when hardware needs to be replaced. Pricing is as good as it gets too! We were totally impressed with the timeliness and professionalism. They even noticed a leak in the roof and told us about it. We would not have noticed the leak until it was to late and seeping through the sheet rock.

Excellence Air replaced our AC unit a couple of weeks ago. I got three quotes and they gave me the best price. The technicians did a great the job in a few hours. I highly recommend them!

Both my upstairs and downstairs units had failed at the beginning of the summer (they were 20 years old, and lived a good life 😂😂) and I was in dire straits.

Tammie with Excellence A/C made sure I understood the process, and made me feel comfortable with everything that needed to take place to get us going again. Summer in Houston is hot (and A/C companies are busy), but they made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. She was extremely professional, and friendly and so is her entire staff.

I highly recommend using Excellence A/C & Heating for your air conditioning system maintenance, repairs and in my case, complete replacement.

This local family owned company is absolutely the best AC service we have ever used, and that’s not an exaggeration. They are honest, reasonable, efficient, caring and quick to respond. After shopping around, they gave us the best deal on a new unit. Everyone from office staff to the technicians went over and above to make sure everything was to our satisfaction from start to finish. After completing the work and as we were chatting with the lead technician, Tom, and before he left, he once again on his own went up in the attic to take one last look to make sure everything was working well. A few days later, the owner called us to make sure everything was ok.

Would like to also point out that we have home repair insurance, which we called on them first, but after they came out to give us an estimate on repairs or replacement, we didn’t feel they were correct or honest and decided we were better off not using them. That was the best decision we made in this instance and we’re fortunate to have found Excellence A/C & Heating.

Repeat customer with Excellence AC Every time the service is prompt and professional. Daniel came out today and quickly diagnosed a short in the contact. He discovered one of the 7 billion web worms had crawled in there and shorted it out. The new part has a cover to hopefully prevent that again. Thanks for the great service!
