I trust RWB electrical services to be on time and provide a fair, accurate quote. These days, you post a request on social media for an electrician and some guy who changed a lightbulb once responds that he is up for the job. RWB is the real deal - experienced, insured, responsible. I trust them to do the job RIGHT.

Frank and Ryan were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had two electrical issues that have been bothersome and they knew exactly what the problems were and fixed them both. We would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

When I called to schedule an appointment to investigate an issue with my HVAC condenser unit not receiving power I asked what the trip fee would be. I was told they don't have a trip fee. When the electricians were finished replacing a bad breaker they mentioned it would be a $285 trip and diagnostic fee (plus $66 to actually replace the breaker). Maybe they're just using different verbiage than their front office staff, but it felt kind of scammy. Would be nice to have more transparency on their fees.

They also recommended replacing my electrical panel and they quoted more than double what another electrician in the area wanted for the job.

RWB are fantastic. After opening up my original electric panel and literally seeing a horror story. Got the whole lot changed out, full surge protection for the house and a generator plug in and gas connection sorted out in quick time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

RWB Electrical Services responded quickly to fix my issue with my lift station. The plumbers found out that there was an electrical problem that required an electrician. I called RWB and they responded in less than 2 hours. This was great since we were not able to use our sinks or toilets until the lift station was fixed. Once the electrician arrived, they worked with the plumbers until everything was working again. Great responsive service all the way around!

I called RWB to inquire about same day service on a small electrical need at one of the site buildings. They were able to get me into the service schedule that same afternoon. The technician was professional, quick and efficient in identifying and solving the issue for us. Very recommended!

All of the electricians are professional, the work is top notch, very concerned about the finished product and its appearancep. I spoke with the owner Robert, and he is straight forward and was very concerned with my satisfaction with the job. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

We needed a new outlet installed in our garage and found this company recommended in a local Facebook group. Ryan and Frank came out to do the installation- they were very professional, quick, and I really appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. Their work deserves 5 stars!

The reason for 4 stars is mainly the pricing ($500 for one outlet) and communication. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, and since I couldn’t get a quote over the phone, I didn’t have the option to compare beforehand. I also wish I’d been told there would be an upcharge due to the timing - I had requested a 4:00 pm appointment but the crew arrived closer to 5:40 pm, which apparently increased the cost. If I’d known that ahead of time, I would have rescheduled for another day. I was also told pricing might be higher since I live a bit outside their usual area, but I’d provided my address from the start and assumed they were local based on the Facebook group recommendation.

None of this reflects on Ryan and Frank, they were excellent. My only feedback would be for the office side to improve transparency around pricing and scheduling.

There is a reason for 155, 5 star reviews for RWB Electrical. Very professional group. Work completed in a timely fashion. Arrived on time, communication was solid. Fair priced and a sense of comfort once it's all over and done. RWB will be our electricians for this old home of ours moving forward. The owners have built a company with a culture of doing it right and taking care of the customer, very nice to do business with people like this.

We called regarding our generator prior to upcoming storm- Ryan and Frank were out the next morning and we are hooked up and ready!! They were so kind and helpful- efficient- a patient with the chaos. We will definitely have them as our go-to moving forward! Thanks guys, stay warm.

Noticed that a neighbor across the street was getting some work done by RWB Electrical Services. Since the RWB van was so close by, I made a call to RWB and Christy was understanding and helpful to see if the RWB technician team, Andrew and Bryce, could just come by and help me figure out why my the gas was not igniting on my electric spark. Andrew and Bryce helped me remember that the gas line was shutoff due to a recent whole house generator install. So once the gas was on, the fireplace was up and running. Thank you RWB Electrical Services. I appreciate Andrew and Bryce's advise and will be using RWB Electrical Services in the future.

RWB Electrical sent a team of Ryan and Andrew to our home on a short notice to help us solve an electrical problem. They arrived within an hour of my husband's initial conversation with the dispatcher. Ryan and Andrew promptly and clearly communicated with one another to begin the troubleshooting process. RWB came out the same morning I called! Andrew and Bryce did an great job. I needed a breaker replaced in a very old breaker box that parts are no longer made for. They fixed it so that I have hot water until a new box is installed. They spotted a dangerous fire hazard and fixed that too. I highly recommend this company.

Robert the owner and the 2 guys Frank and Andrew were awesome when it came to helping my Dad and Veteran when he was in a bind. They went above and beyond helping and I’m truly grateful. RWB did a phenomenal job installing our Generac a year ago. The techs were very professional and able to share their expertise on any questions we had at the time.

I will always use RWB for my electrical needs and projects in the future, as I know I will never be disappointed. Frank and Andrew were professional and polite. They were very informative and helpful. My father in law’s breaker box wasn’t working and caused craziness throughout the house and they didn’t leave until every plug was checked and fixed if needed. Highly recommend RWB.
