They do a good job, not perfect, but what I expect for the price. Their cleaners are always nice, friendly, and seem to work well and quick. My cleaners were Katelyn, Zoe, and Mia.

Rosalinda and Katheryn did a FANTASTIC job as always! I can’t thank them enough for making my life easier. They are always considerate of my belongings and keep my house tidy and smelling terrific!

There are only two word to best describe the job that The cleaning team of Melissa, Destiny and Faith did on my clean Monday 07/01/2024 OUTSTANDING and FANTASTIC!!!

We use TCA every other week for almost a year now and I was only slightly disappointed one time, spoke with Abi at TCA and she handled the situation immediately!

I have used The Cleaning Authority in Montgomery for a number of months and have been very happy with their work. Team 4 did an excellent job cleaning my house today. I have dark hardwood floors and am especially pleased with how good they look after each cleaning.

I’m eighty-four years old and the sole care giver for my eighty-year-old wife Donna. On December 7, 2022, we were very fortunate to have Team # 3 clean our home.

They were very congenial, and their professionalism and sincerity were immediately exhibited: They were very attentive and knowledgeable of their work schedules, had a positive attitude and were dedicated to duty.

Team #3 was proactive and willingly meticulous with their cleaning skills. They were always calm, and their professional traits were exhibited in their willingness to make this cleaning process a pleasant and effortless experience for us.

Hopefully Team #3 will know how thankfully we are for their sincerity, graciousness and kindness.

After an initial misstep with the first cleaning went very well. Will probably hire them on a biweekly basis. Advice: Do not let the cleaning team or their supervisor leave before you inspect the job done against the job promised. Update to the previous. After several visits, I am exceedingly pleased with the teams' efficiency, politeness, and professional demeanor. In addition, TCA and Steve in particular, have been accommodating when I needed to change my biweekly schedule.
Update : (10/21/24) Team # 12 did an outstanding job. Did a perfect job on LR couch that needed a good deep cleaning. Would like them to come every visit!
Update: (11/4/24) Team #2 Mia did an especially good job on kitchen detail, Edith (new) followed instructions on detailing bathtub and did a great job. If you're wondering if you really need this service,you do! I think this service would be great to give or receive for Christmas,birthday,etc. In case you are wondering, I am not related to nor have any financial connection to TCA. Just an old lady who has scrubbed enough for a lifetime!

Just had a first clean from cleaning Authority. Very pleased, my house smells super clean. They did a great job!

Melissa and Wendy are our families regular cleaning team! They always take such great care when cleaning our home - they even make sure the dog is comfortable when the vacuum is on. I appreciate them every time they clean!

Just had my initial clean and the team did a fantastic job!! What a load off of my shoulders… they were able to schedule us when we wanted, we’re very thorough, and did a way better job than I could’ve done. Thank you!!

It is always a pleasure to have Wendy and Melissa come to the house, and not just because they do a great job of cleaning, which they do. Their smiles and friendly disposition, and their genuine care not just for our house, but for us, is truly unique. When they leave, our home isn’t just clean, the entire atmosphere has been uplifted, and I could not recommend them more.

Great experience with The Cleaning Authority. When a framed picture was damaged, they notified me immediately and offered to have it fixed at no charge. I preferred to take it to my usual framer instead. They reduced my next bill for the cost and my time.

Cleaning crew is very good and i have never been disappointed with the work they do. They are very detail oriented and even fold the ends of the toilet paper in the roll to make them look pretty.

Really incredible service from another great team! Courtney and Melissa are hardworking, friendly and busy from the moment they arrive until the job is done. They never stop and treat our home as if it were their own. Really appreciate their care and concern for a job well done.

Since we asked for Elly to be assigned to our house, we couldn't be happier with the serivce and she goes above and beyond her job description making sure everything is done.
It is supper nice not having to explain what you want each time and have created a working relationship that allows us to rest easy while the crew is in our house.
