Cleaning ok, poor communication resulting in a much higher bill than

PS- the response from the business does not align with any conversation I had concerning the agreed upon number of hours, it was an assumption. Best of luck to all and agree if this is your vendor you should be on site, lesson learned the hard way, I stand by my review which was my personal experience

Had ACS out to clean my tile , carpet and a rug. Braylan and his crew were very professional and quick. They were able to get stains out of my carpet using green products, which is a plus. I highly recommend them.

They did a fabulous job cleaning my carpet. I'm also very impressed on how they are conscience on protecting my wood floors. The employees are all so nice and respectful. I highly recommend them.

These guys did an amazing job, our house looked like a new home. These gentlemen are the definition of professional, and they are extremely courteous. I cannot praise them enough, what a great job gentlemen thanks for all the hard work. I highly recommend this company

ACS did an excellent cleaning on our carpet areas.I highly recommend this company. The employees were professional, friendly & very clean cut. Super glad a couple friends recommended them to me.

My husband and I were moving into a rental house and the carpet had dirty spots in all of the rooms. ACS came out and they explained the different options for cleaning and I chose steam clean. They were able to remove all of the spots and it smelled really amazing after they were done. I highly recommend them and I definitely will be using them in the future! Thanks ACS!!

We used America's Cleaning Solutions to clean our carpet and our shower. They did an excellent job. The carpet looks great and the shower is nice and clean.
We'd had water damage to the carpet in one of our rooms, due to a roof leak. We had to reschedule with ACS several times because the repairs to the ceiling in the room took longer than anticipated. ACS was very patient with our rescheduling and they made sure the wet carpet in the damaged room was properly taken care of.
We highly recommend ACS. You can't go wrong with them. We will definitely use them in the future.

If you have bleached or faded carpets, don’t replace it before you talk with America’s Cleaning Solutions. They are a highly trained carpet dyeing company, and specialize in full room dyeing and bleached carpet restoration and their services save thousands of dollars over the cost of replacing the carpet. I just saw images of a full room dyeing job they did at a church where they changed the color of the carpet to match the new decor, they dyed over 5k sq ft of carpet and it turned out spectacular!! Highly recommend them!

ACS is a great company with amazing customer service! They did a wonderful job resealing the concrete floors in our church gym & dining areas. Would highly recommend and we will be using them again!

ACS is a awesome Locally owned company! Cleaned our church auditorium to perfection. Very pleased, fairly priced for top quality, honest, trust worthy people who are great at their craft. Will use them again!

I Highly and without reservation Recommend America's Cleaning and Concrete solutions. This is a reputable, hardworking, honest, caring group of people. Our experience was outstanding, and we will be calling them again without a doubt.
We used their pressure/soft wash services on our home (top/to bottom), our detached two story garage (top/to bottom), our well house, our 300 foot driveway and all of our brick paver walkways and pool surround. They took their time, did an outstanding and detailed job and did it all with smiles and respect.

This company is amazing! We’ve used them twice for carpet cleaning and don’t plan to ever use anyone else. Their crew is kind and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure they don’t leave a mess behind when they’re done and the carpet looks brand new once they finish. Our Goldendoodle had a bowel incident while we were gone yesterday and left a nasty mess in our master bedroom. The incident happened after hours and ACS was willing to come out for an after hours call, but advised if we put baking soda over the mess they could come out the next day and save us the after hours fee.

They were here next day and the stains are completely gone! Highly recommend for annual carpet cleaning and pet stain removal!

We were very pleased with the prompt service that we received. The pricing was straightforward and honest and they did not try to upsell every small little thing. The two gentlemen that showed up to the house were very professional and kind and had great respect for our property.I would highly recommend them and already have to several people. I also have several other projects I will be calling them to come take a look at for me.

Wow! Just wow! I walked into my best friends house and they just had their carpets cleaned by America's Cleaning Solutions and I seriously couldn't believe they were able to get all of the stains out.
Needless to say, I will definitely be using them in my home and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a company that will bring lots of value to your home. Great job ACS!

ACS did a wonderful job on cleaning bedroom carpets in our new house. Will definitely recommend to others and will not hesitate to contact them in the future. They stand by their work and are very prompt and punctual when scheduling and showing up for appointments. They even text when they are on their way and at job completion.

Braylan came in and gave us a very competitive quote to clean out our gutters(and window cleaning. He called and was able to come sooner than our scheduled appointment time, which I appreciated. He was very knowledge and honest about services needed. No pressure felt when asking about wanting to schedule. I appreciate that they are insured both with liability and workers comp. He was very friendly and personable.

We chose them to service our house. Kody came with his partner, which I feel bad not being 100% certain but I believe his name was Don, were able to come very quickly after getting the quote. They did a great job, cleaned up MORE than what I would hav expected. Cleaned out gutters AND pulled some additional debris from our roof(did NOt expect that either!) they were both very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They made sure I knew about some existing damage to the gutters.
All in all we absolutely use them for services as well. They offer so many service, they will be the first we consider.

We have 4 kids, 17, 7,5 and 2 with white living room carpet. They made our carpet look brand new. Highly recommend. We used them last year to epoxy our dog room, high quality and professional all around. We will be using in the future

We used America's Cleaning Solutions to steam clean a polyester carpet that had become dirty and matted and had several "puppy spots". The techs arrived on time and did a great job, our carpet looks better than I had hoped, and at a great price. We will definitely use America's Cleaning Solutions again int he future.
