Kahl AC has been our sole HVAC service provider since we arrived in Texas in March 2022. They have fully replaced the 2 ton air unit as well as the 2x 5 ton units! They have been superb to work with all the way from sales and management down to the actual techs providing the actual service.
Yesterday, July 18, Joshua Hay came to our home and spent 2 hours inspecting and recommending solutions to a perceived issue dealing with air flow and proper duct work fitment and spacing. Joshua took the time to listen and come to a workable solution. It should be noted that we called on a Friday morning and was scheduled for the appt with Joshua that same afternoon!
We trust Kahl AC and value their work in making sure that our air handling equipment is operating at peek performance. We trust their expertise and appreciate their professional mannerisms in dealing with us as they do their maintenance work.
