I used Bartush Plumbing Company for the first time after my tub and toilet started backing up. I’ve never had to use a plumber before but I couldn’t have had a better experience. They were quick to respond and did a wonderful job explaining the issue and what can be done to fix it. I highly recommend if you are in need of a plumber. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing issues!

HIGHLY recommend this company! We had an issue arise at our office on a Friday afternoon, called Paul and he and his crew were out Monday morning to fix. They were both professional and courteous. More importantly they SHOWED UP!

Paul was WONDERFUL! Kept us updated when on his way, pleasant and professional, and he took care of our problem quickly while explaining everything he was doing. Would definitely hire again!

I left a message in the evening and heard back from them that same evening offering to come then. It wasn't necessary. They gave me a time the next morning, then offered to come earlier when something opened up. They arrived, fixed the issue(broken copper pipe-i broke the pipe trying to replace a tub faucet). Price was better than I expected for having to get in tight spaces and replace more than I realized would need to be replaced. (I really hadn't thought out my project if I happened to mess it up ..that would have taken me a week of parts runs to fix). They had it fixed in a couple of hours and it is working great, and it was affordable. What a relief. Thank you!

Excellent work and customer service. Detailed estimate that actually matched the final invoice. We included some upgrades and Bartush Plumbing clearly added those to the final invoice as I don’t expect our changes to be free. Clear communication, showed up when they said they would, did excellent work and billed what was discussed. Thank you for being a superior plumbing company- from rough-in to final fixture install. Might not be the cheapest but excellent work is worth paying for with superior customer service. Jones House Designs will be using Bartush for future projects!

They showed up on time, but left without fixing any of my problems with sewage or water heater. They said their sewage snake was not long enough but they are going to send me an invoice for $300 for "trying" to snake my sewage for two hours. They looked at the water heater and said anything could be wrong with it and we could spend $800 trying to fix it or just get a new one.

Hired Bartush plumbing for some work under the my mothers house. Work was completed fast and my mother said they were the nicest people ever and we are going to use them all the time when needed. She was very happy.

The plumbers came to my house on time and were extremely respectful and professional, and completed everything that I needed done. They were amazing and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

I called them to perform a camera inspection and they sent someone out within the same week. I give them credit as showing up is already better than other companies. Although the camera inspection did not reveal anything useful, I knew this was a possibility before the work was performed. They did try to unclog the drain but were unable.

Follow ups regarding my options to fix the drain were slow and I repeatedly had to call just to get response. Overall, service was okay but could be better.

They were a great crew. The knew exactly what had to be done and they did it perfectly. They took the time to explain how use the accessories that came with the new fancy sink and again they were GREAT! I would recommend Bartush Plumbing to anyone..

Drains were stopped up in an older rental house, and Bartush Plumbing delivered fast and competent service. They did a temporary fix to get the lines functioning for the tenants; but the old pipes are broken and must be replaced. I am confident that their quote for the permanent fix will be fair, and the work will be done right. Thank you, Paul and Ethan, for resolving a major problem for me today.

Bartuch Plumbing performed the permanent fix today; and, as in the past, they came out on time, finished the job in a very reasonable length of time, and left the premises clean. They are very qualified, friendly, and professional. Their last words to me today were to call them if I have any problems. In other words, they stand behind their work.
I discovered today that they also service Denton which is good to know for future reference.
