Horrible experience… charged an exorbitant amount of money and didn’t fix the problem. Complete scam.

Dispatcher wouldn’t let me speak to a technician to get an estimate to install 2 flood light cameras but was quick to schedule an appointment and charge me $100 for visitation. Get a new dispatcher or train them properly!!

I call this company to do some work in my house, The electrician sow up at the wrong day and time.
I called back and set up an other appointment and the electrician never show up.
I also purchased the VIP anual package for $149 and I already called twice for my refund and I never get a straight answer.
So, I open a dispute with my bank let’s see if it get resolved.
I do not recommend this place 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Called them on the morning of 1/10 and got an appointment for 12-3 the same day. They called me back around 10 am saying that their electrician got sick and stuff like that absolutely happens so they rescheduled me for the next day and same window. No one showed up so I called them at 3pm asking about an update. The person I spoke to said I’m still on the schedule and to just wait. We called them at 6pm asking again where they were and what to expect. We got rescheduled for today and they were gonna come between 8 and 12. Guess what!? No one showed up and the electrician is still at another job and will not come before 12. We cancelled and now need to call someone else. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone since we had to just “wait and they will come” and the company didn’t once update us telling us that they were not gonna show/be late and it’s not fun to just sit at home waiting every day since it was “important that we had a clear phone line and are home”.

This has been a frustrating experience. Starting with a wasted day due to a missed appointment... no call, no show.
Followed by a $500 charge that misdiagnosed the problem. Incorrect plugs where installed. The tech came back out replaced with correct parts that still did not solve the problem. Then told me to figure out the problems origin, he would need to charge more. We paid $500 for 2 days wasted and no resolution. He was unsure how we have had electricity in our garage this whole time and had never seen anything like our issue before... not sure what to make of this. I'll update this post as a resolution hopefully unfolds...

Very well informed. Very quick response. In addition, he is pleasant. I needed an electrician because I had purchased a welding machine that required 220v. Because there were no bulls, I phoned Conway Electric. They have a good reputation and will not try to sell you stuff you don't require. That appeals to me. The electrician explained what he was doing and why it had to be done in this particular manner. Mostly for the sake of safety. If I were his boss, I'd offer that young man a raise. Many thanks, gentlemen.

James was great - on time for the appointment to give us an estimate and on time for the work. He worked hard, the work was done well and just what he said it would look like and he cleaned up so well after the completion of the job that you would not have known any work was done. I would recommend James and Conway Electric for any electric work you need done.

Poor customer service! Conway electric scheduled a time window to come to my home. Nobody arrived. I had to reach out to them, only to find out they knew they would not make it. We rescheduled for two days later. Again, no one came out to my home. When I called, I was told the electrician, on his own, rescheduled me for a few days later, but no one informed me until I called them. The third scheduled time again was a no show. I decided I had enough and they obviously did not want a new customer's business.

Our home required an update to the service panel from 100 AMP + fuses to 200 AMP and the hydro meter needed to be moved from inside of the house to the outside. The company was a pleasure to deal with from the get go, with very prompt response time and competitive rates. I would absolutely recommend Conway Electric and will use them again in the future.

Conway Electric was at our home promptly at 7:30 as he promised. Tech methodically began to work on the list I had created of work to be done. As I have extensive experience in renovations, I assumed it would be more than a day’s work. He worked steady from the time he came until the job was completed 10 hours later. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and thought of solutions for some difficult situations. He was friendly, amicable and never hesitated to explain or answer questions of the various items I had listed. I would highly recommend Conway Electric.

Overall, the technicians were nice. Explained everything and fixed the outlet issue quickly.

Used Conway a second time. The office required a credit card payment before the tech would come out. When the Tech came out he wanted an additional $90 fee for the site visit. Really felt like Conway was misleading on their pricing and the tech was not on the same page with the office.

I owe Conway Electric a huge debt of gratitude for an unforgettable experience. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, I asked them to help us upgrade the wiring. On the scheduled appointment day, the technician arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and got to work as quickly as possible. The guy was very honest, competent, and experienced, and his technical knowledge was outstanding! The entire task was finished in one afternoon, and I can honestly state that the level of work he did was exceptional.

They arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained the work in a way that was easy to understand. The job was completed neatly, safely and at a fair price.
