We needed extensive upgrading to our system and their extensive knowledge about commercial systems helped us decide to heavily invest in a new system that would be more dependable and provide cost savings on our electric bill. It has been a few months now and we are seeing savings. I also appreciate the service after the sale, which is the most important thing to me. I recommend Gessner at every opportunity.

I scheduled Gessner to come out and do a full inspection on my HVAC equipment. The Serviceman Grayson arrived on time. Grayson was polite, professional and all business. Once we reviewed the job, he got to it. Very thorough. Thanks Grayson. Great job!!

Michael Gessner is the backbone of the company. He trains his staff well. If I have a problem he may send one of his son's. All his staff are amazing. They've done very well for us. Give them a call if you have heating or AC problems. Even if you need a Generac Generator. When we loose Electricity it switches so fast we don't know it's running. I recommend you use Gessner. If you get to meet Michael Gessner you're in for a treat.

Gessner Heating & AC is definitely the best!! I messaged Michael first thing that my AC was not cooling, and he got someone to my office immediately. The technician fixed the problem quickly and got us up and running. We love these folks!

Absolutely fantastic service! They installed a complete unit in our office along with new blow in insulation. They were very easy to work with and laid out everything they were going to do beforehand in a way that was easily understandable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that answered all our questions and made the process smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend Gessner to anyone looking to update their commercial or home A/C system!! 10/10!

Outstanding Service & Quality! I had my outside unit stop working around noon and they had a tech named Philip come out the same day and repair it! My elderly parent’s air conditioner stopped working. I called Michael Gessner and he sent Grayson who determined it was the compressor and due to the age of the unit, it needed to be replaced. They came the following Monday and replaced the entire unit in one day. The next day my parents realized their doorbell no longer worked. It had come unhooked from the transformer in the attic while the guys were working. I contacted Dean and he sent someone out to fix it within hours. Great customer service! I highly recommend.

Gessner Heating & Air Conditiong did a great job! They have very reasonable and competitive pricing, expert technicians, and are very responsive. I appreciate that the technicians took the time to explain the issue, fix it, and were transparent in what needed to be done versus what could be completed at a later time. I really felt like they took an interest in the customer in making sure the customer understood and was part of the process. Thank you and will be using this company again!
