Constraction reviews in Nevada, Texas

It was such a pleasure to work with Tom and Doris of T&D Construction! They built a patio cover for me, and it turned out beautifully! It was a relatively small job, but they never made me feel like my job wasn't important to them. They were patient with my many questions, very professional, and very friendly. If I have more work to do in the future I'll definitely use them. Thanks T&D!

From beginning to end Tom with T&D Construction treated us as if we were his only customer. He was responsive, kind, prompt, and overall professional. Tom insured that our project was his priority, and we are grateful. We are very pleased with our beautiful patio!

T&D Construction did an outstanding job fixing my pergola. Tom was able to design a solution when others just wanted to tear down and replace my fairly new pergola. He gave me a great price and his team was prompt, efficient and kept the worksite clean. T&D is my new go-to contractor.

We purchased a new home that had an existing make-shift patio cover and Tom and his crew tore it down and created a beautiful outdoor oasis that covered the back of our house! I wanted something with large beams and plenty of space to lounge comfortably away from the sun. Tom's crew was always punctual and cleaned up after their selves each day. There was no mess left and they were courteous and did a fantastic job! I would recommend T&D Construction to anyone wanting something new or remodeled!

Such a great company. Quality work and seamless process. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with T&D Construction! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality craftsmanship were unmatched. The team was always punctual, respectful of our space, and kept us updated throughout the entire process.

The final result exceeded our expectations—everything was completed on time and within budget, with no shortcuts taken. They truly transformed our vision into reality. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled construction team, look no further than T&D Construction. Highly recommend!

Tom and his team were excellent to work with! Always on time, great communication, and very professional. Came out after to check on the project and improved a few minor craftsman errors which spoke a lot of his character. Highly recommend T&D.

T&D Construction built a pergala over my back patio which doubled the size and now we have a weatherproof space that can be used year-round. They were quick, easy to work with and I highly reccomend them.

T&D Construction has done work on my personal house, and it has been exceptional work, and they do go above and beyond your expectations. The company I work for, they do all our pergolas, room additions, structures and small bath houses and always meet our standard of excellence. I always have and will recommend to any of my friends, family and people that ask who does the best work. I do not refer much, but I them.

Tom with T&D Construction created the most beautiful pergola for my new backyard oasis. Excellent communication, beautiful, craftsmanship, and an extremely fair price! I highly recommend T&D construction.

We're really happy with the work done by T&D Construction! Our project was to extend our pool deck with a poured concrete patio, and build a pergola on top of that. The work was done quickly and I felt there was good communication over the course of the project.

Tom and his team were amazing! Everything is exactly how we wanted it and the team was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to all of our questions. We will most certainly be calling them again for future projects.

Tom and Doris are an incredible asset to the general Rockwall Community, Not only do they create back yard oasis's and sanctuaries, but they make sure the community, non-profits and others get the love and support they need to keep Rockwall growing in the Right Direction.

Tom, Doris, and their crew were great from the first communication through the completion of the project. Tom took on the challenging task of correcting the previous owner’s DIY roofing job on our pergola and gave us what we were truly wanting. It’s rare these days to encounter such a nice and honest contractor. I highly recommend T&D Construction.

Working with Tom and Doris and their crews on multiple patios and screened in porches has been remarkably easy and the craftsmanship is second to none. 7 project and counting and they are my only call when looking to satisfy my clients with the Best!!

T&D did a wonderful job with my outside patio. I knew what I wanted, but I really didn't know. Tom helped out with the size and design. We included lights, ceiling fans and outlets, and installed a sliding glass door. I highly recommend T&D!
The finished product is a backyard game changer! My family and I are always out there now whereas before, we hardly set foot in the back!
Thank you very much Tom for the great work and patience with me.

I had a great experience with T&D Construction. They built a patio cover for me and enlarged my patio a few months ago. All of what I was wanting and imagining my patio to be were brought to life. I highly recommend them over and over again. Tom was wonderful to work with and I could not have asked for a better experience. He truly knows and understands the business of outdoor living.

We initially contracted with a different company to have an 40x16 patio extension and had the worst experience. A project that should’ve taken about a month to complete stretched out 7-8 months and still was not complete at the end of it. What was completed was a disaster waiting to happen. Tom at T&D Construction was referred to us by some friends and within 2 days he was out reviewing our patio situation. He had to tear down and start over 60% of the project but still completed the patio plus the outdoor kitchen in less than 3 weeks. We are SO unbelievably happy that we can now utilize our outdoor space all thanks to T&D Construction!!

T&D built this beautiful cedar patio for us, and we could not be more pleased! They replaced the existing fiberglass/aluminum/whatever flat-roofed structure and triple-slabbed floor; the pictures show the results. The entire project moved along rapidly; the costs were all explained and kept within budget.

The entire project has gone better than we could ever have imagined! All the work crews were top-notch craftsmen. Dealing with Tom personally has been terrific.

I would use T &D again in a heartbeat!

Tom and his team are a rare breed in today's world where people rarely do as they say and do a good job at it. I highly recommend
T & D Construction for your remodeling needs. You won't be disappointed.
