All reviews for Aldrich Tree Services

Aldrich Tree Services is absolutely EVERYTHING you'd want in a tree service company. Their understanding and care for trees brings to mind a kind of Native American wisdom; their experience, equipment, capability and artistry can accomplish seemingly impossible jobs at remarkably reasonable prices; they'll thoroughly educate you on best management, watering, and growth practices to keep trees healthy and enduring in challenging Texas weather; and they are so solution oriented and enthusiastic about their work that they'll think outside the box in order to accommodate any budget and scope of work.

We have a number of old growth trees on our relatively small property, so we've contacted and hired our share of tree service crews in the area. Aldrich is so far superior to any others we've dealt with. Matthew was a great first contact who quickly and precisely understood the scope of the job, and Michael, who came out to bid and then supervised the work, seems born for it. While chatting with him during the job, I discovered he grew up near a forest where he'd track birds from tree to tree as a kid, and that helped me understand how he came to be as astonishingly versed in tree care and management as he is. It's almost like he speaks to them, so quickly does he identify and spot what no other tree service even seemed to look for, never mind mention. I learned far more about trees and tree care in 30 minutes from Michael than all the hours I've spent studying and researching online.

Their foreman was like a wise tree elder, whose deep experience and regard for my concerns about how much to take off the trees or how to not damage my ground plants soon earned my complete and deserving trust––as evidenced by the wonderful results of their work which exceeded our hopes and expectations. And every member of their crew was just super pleasant and considerate.

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Call Aldrich Tree Services!

I messaged Aldrich on a Sunday just a couple weeks ago, yes a Sunday. Not only did I receive a response, but they were pleasant, helpful and worked with my schedule to get me a quote as soon as possible.
The work was done quickly, efficiently, cleanly, and the crew was extremely pleasant and respectful. Not only did they do a great job, but the cleanup was great as well. Will continue to use this local tree service and HIGHLY recommend!! 5 stars!

I hired Aldrich Tree Services to take care of a large broken tree branch, trim other branches on the same tree, table top a small to medium palm tree that I no longer wanted, trim some limbs on a large oak tree off of my roof line, and trim back tree limbs on another tree that were getting on my storage room building’s roof and, of course, carry off all the tree trimmings etc. once done.

The estimate for all of this work was extremely reasonable. I will be using Aldrich Tree Services in the near future for other projects involving tree maintenance, management and removal.

We bought a house built in the 80s with some seriously neglected trees. They’re real lemons. When my favorite red oak split and landed precariously in its neighboring sycamore, I cried real homeowner tears. I’m sure my neighbors did too, because that big sucker was one bad tree crew away from taking out their 5th wheel.

Thankfully, I saw the rave reviews online for Aldrich and called them. They fit us in on a Sunday on account of that branch looking reaaaal sketch. They removed the rogue branch and cleared the damage from both trees without hitting our house, or our fence, or our neighbor’s 5th wheel, or the 1,000 other things crowded into this one target area. They cleaned everything up and hauled it off without us having to worry about thing. Aldrich came up with a plan to work on saving my red oak with a cabling system, which gave me some hope we can save my favorite tree.

P.S. call Aldrich to inspect trees BEFORE you close on the house. If they had looked at our trees beforehand, we would have known we had a lot of risk and prioritized a full clean up, removals, and reductions before we moved in. They really know their trees, and could have saved us a lot of stress trying to find a crew after every storm takes half a tree out.

We reached out to Aldrich because they are local and veteran owned. Response was quick and we met the next day. Michael was extremely knowable and professional. They cleaned up (removed ivy, dead branches) from over a dozen very large oaks. We were so impressed with the initial job that we had them return the following week to clean additional trees. The crew was personable and worked safely and performed a meticulous cleanup. Aldrich Tree Services is very reliable and professional. Highly recommend!!

Very professional! In a market of rush rush Michael really took the time to explain everything. He also keeps you informed! Non stop communication! Very happy! Will use again! Planted two trees and was in and out in a couple hours!

Great service provided. Communication was great from beginning to the end and the results were impeccable. Clean up was very thorough too.

Great service! Quick response and very knowledgeable on tree care. They cleaned up an old oak for us and did a great job.

Michael and the ldrich Tree Services Team are true professionals! If you want the job done right look no further! They work with your budget to make sure you get a really nice result! We will definitely be using their services again!

Michael came out to look at a dying tree. We decided to have his team remove it and had them trim up a ton of our trees (mostly Oak). They were here 3 1/2 days. They did a great job! Would highly recommend.

Aldrich Tree Services was incredibly responsive to my call for help to remove a partial downed tree. They then cut down the remaining damaged tree and another 100 year old tree with great precision-- including removal of the wood and associated debris. Michael and his team were professional, highly qualified, and kept me informed during the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Aldrich tree service did an amazing job. Michael and team are very professional, pay attention to details and know how to trim/cut trees to maintain the integrity of the tree. Excellent work.

Had the company come out to give us a quote to lift the canopy on a few oaks and trim some cedars, and was met with superb knowledge and attention to detail so we knew we had to go with this team. Price was great also. The crew that showed up were timely and professional. Even took the time to answer a bunch of questions to make sure all the trees stayed healthy. Can’t recommend this company enough!

From the minute Michael called I was happy. He has been a wealth of knowledge. I love my tree and he gave life back to our existing elm. Also I am super OCD and he has been very patient!! Thank you Aldrich tree service!! ❤️

Had some hazardous limbs on a pecan tree. They were able to fit me into their schedule and showed up early to take care of the process safely, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Responded quickly to a downed tree struck by lightning, that was blocking our driveway. This was a big job! Great price, quick response, professional and clean job! Thank you

Called them at the referral of a neighbor and was NOT DISAPPOINTED in the least. Contacted them on Saturday and he was able to fit us in on Monday. Just a trusting nice set of people. Mulched tree branches on site and now I've got mulch for the garden. He's on my list of keepers!

I was on a bit of a time crunch and on a budget! Aldrich was able to accommodate me with both! They did an outstanding job, even for a small project like this one, they took great care to make sure it was done right. I'm looking forward to some shade in my backyard!

Highly recommend Michael and his team! Responded same day to my inquiry, was there the next day to give me estimate on site and started/finished project two days later. They went above and beyond. Could not be happier with the job they did. Will be using them again in the future.

Michael and his team did a great job and for a very reasonable price. They were very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I would highly recommend Aldrich Tree Service.

When Mike came for a consultation he took the time to teach us how to properly care for our mature oak trees and how to remove some that had become damaged upon building our home. When the crew arrived early (Brock and Isaac) they were professional and made sure they reviewed all services that would take place that day. They were very efficient and respected our property and other surrounding trees. Upon completion I walked through the finished work with Matt and everything was clean and better left than when they arrived. All services and workers exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a job well done by guys who really care about the work they do.
Call these guys when you want to learn the best way to care for your trees.
