Called to come look at a LG unit and they did not seem to want my business. Very POOR company I would have been happy to wait for next week, that would have been no problem. But your man sounded like you could not do the work and I was WAY to far for ya'l to come, I live with in 10 miles from you, not like I was asking you to go to San Antonio. I got someone else that LG suggested and they will take care of me. They seem to want my business!

The only reason for the one star rating is that the system won't allow zero stars. Williams HVAC replaced my evaporator coil and less than 3 months later the replacement coil failed. They came out and replaced it again but charged me full price for the second replacement. They blamed the failure on Carrier the coil manufacturer and told me if I had a complaint to contact Carrier. Of course there is no real way to know if the coil was damaged from the factory, during transit or during installation. Be aware, Williams does not stand behind their work. Use them only at your own risk.
