    Stacey always responds quickly and professionally. The crew needs to iron out some wrinkles with more attention to detail and locking the door behind them. The house is always clean but I worry about them forgetting the important stuff. We are working on it. Nice people!

    The initial trip was for a "deep clean" and after arriving 30 minutes late, several portions of the house were skipped. Then, I was charged more than we agreed to on the phone. 1. Blinds were only half-dusted. 2. Accordian doors in master bath were not cleaned. 3. Air conditioning vents on the ceiling are still dusty. 4. Tops of door frames were not dusted. 5. Top of armoire in the front room was not dusted. 6. Hard water spots on kitchen sink remain. 7. Several areas of grout in master bath still dirty - not mildew, but dirt. This job might be acceptable for a "weekly" tidy, but definitely does not feel like a "deep clean." This was a gift for my wife, and she came home and we had to finish the job before we hosted guests. This job was a "good start" to a deep clean or a satisfactory weekly clean, but we are disappointed and frustrated. They offered to come back to finish, and they were 1.5 hours late to that appointment. And during that trip, a blind was torn down out of its bracket and it scraped the wall and gouged the window frame. And now, as I am reviewing my bank statement, I realize they charged me two more charges the day after the initial overcharge. This company is a huge scam.

    Kayla and Katie (Team #3) did an outstanding job. They pointed out areas that previous maids did not clean and then they cleaned them. They were very thorough. I called the office and told them that I will not accept any other maids to clean my home. If they are not assigned each visit, I will use another company. Merry Maids are fortunate to have Kayla and Katie on their staff.

    The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. I can provide pictures of the way the glass and tile was cleaned. The tile floors are not cleaned well, dust and dirt in the corners of the floors. There is dust all over. They basically have to clean one bedroom thoroughly and vacuum, dust the other two. I am very dissatisfied!! I would like an INTENSE cleaning tomorrow at no cost. We have had so many different teams each week, it’s terrible. I travel for my job and expect to come home to an immaculate house. The way I clean. I would expect to have someone come out and check their performance without them knowing. We have expressed our dissatisfaction many times and things do not improve!! We are ready to discontinue. The best team was the team we had initially and then they quit!

When the ladies came, they made me feel so comfortable and seriously did such a good job! They were so friendly as well! After they left, I cried a little bit bc I didn’t realize how much I needed their help. Thank you Merry Maids. You did wonders to my house.
