terrible install unit not even leveled on the pad I even brought them flat blocks a shovel and tamper to level their pad just lazy and pathetic left exposed wires for thermostat also left drip line exposed did not even fill unit with freon properly 2 years later 3 lb down on freon 1 year later 2 lb down again fill and leak check I think the stop leak worked but time will tell last week blower mower went out unit 4 years old NO PROBLEM its covered by warranty go to pick up new blower motor that will be $150.00 handling charge to get the warranty part??? upon pick up $150.00 is now $162.38 tax I guess on a handling charge that I picked up from warehouse part only cost $239.00 new show does that make sense? this company is terrible they want to charge me to come look @ their messed up install my pics aren't good enough som I will post them here

This is the 3rd unit we’ve purchased from Guy’s A/C and Heating. Nathan, Jason, Carlos, and Dwayne did an excellent job with the installation. They also do our seasonal maintenance that keeps us in top condition for all 3 units. I highly recommend them for their good work, integrity, and fair pricing.

Thank you all for a great experience, everyone worked together and the customer service was amazing and from the first step to the end of the job. The guys have a plan and they don't stop until the job is finished. They are very respectful and they take the time to explain everything. They are very knowledgeable and hard worker. I would recommend if you are in need of AC or Heating systems give them a call. God Bless.
