These guys are a class act and the best at what they do.

Christian and his team (Chris, Hector and David) truly made a vision come to life! They painted the exterior of the house, built a small patio style deck, installed a barn door and remodeled our master bathroom. The remodel included installing a wall-in shower and moving the plumbing around so we could have a rain shower.

In true fashion for our house, they discovered things that needed more repair than anticipated. However, they kept us informed, explained the fix and hustled the entire time.

As I continue make a wishlist and decide what we get to do next, 7C Construction will be our first call!

Integrity and compassion are the first 2 words that come to mind when I think of 7c and Levi’s team.

Here’s our story:

Our family’s life was thrown into chaos after a tree fell during Hurricane Beryl. Thankfully, no one was injured but we soon realized it would be months before we could sleep under our own roof.

This being our first house and our first year of marriage, I’ve never felt more anxious and nervous about what would come next.

Vulnerable and lost in the process, a simple “Are y’all ok?” Message from my wife’s childhood friend would be the answer to my prayers.

That friend was Levi. He saw our post on Facebook and immediately reached out.

The reason, compassion, comes to mind when I think of 7c; Levi never mentioned his company during our first conversation. I only learned about his business after I mentioned he reached out to my wife.

I followed up with Levi for a bid. His dad & him were at my house the next day.

7c integrity came next.

During our first meeting, Levi explained the scope of the work and told us upfront 7c would not be the lowest bid.

When I asked how he knew that, he showed me damage that needed to be repaired not related to the storm. He explained that it’s not unusual for contractors that repair storm damage to under bid to win a job, and later “discover” additional work needed. He then explained his commitment to his team and the value of their work.

He wasn’t the lowest bid, and I now understand why.

From the moment we said go, Levi became family. Constant communication throughout the process, extreme patience working with my many change orders, and safe place to discuss things outside of my expertise.

This crew can do it all! Just had some plumbing done and they went above and beyond to repair any issues I had as well as improved the aesthetic of my room. Cole did a fantastic job with the sheet rock job and was super nice and polite. Levi, Christian, Isaac and the guys I’ve met so far are the most courteous, professional and talented bunch. They exude honesty, respect and integrity. I’m so glad they were brought back in to my life! Now, on to the electric ⚡️ projects!

We had some exterior and interior damage to our home due to a storm. In my first conversation with Josh, he was patient and explained what to expect. Despite the amount of times he has probably had to explain this to his clients, he was still kind and answered all of my questions. Not only does our new roof look amazing, but we were able to get a better quality shingle with them. I am also happy with the end product of the interior work. A huge thank you to Levi as well for keeping me updated the entire time, answering all of my follow up questions, and listening to my concerns. Their communication is great and I can genuinely tell they care about their clients and the quality of their work. I would recommend 7C Construction everyday!

Needed a privacy fence built and Levi and his team got right to it ! Now we have a beautiful 10ft fence ! The turnaround time and communication was excellent !!

I had 7c do a shower remodel for my elderly grandmother, and the process from start to finish was great. They have a fair, and open negotiation for the work needing done, and kept in close contact with me every step of the way. We also had some concrete poured out front, and back; exceptional work all around.
