Both electricians were thorough and professional! Ceiling fans and light fixtures were replaced quickly and carefully. I really appreciated the care they took to leave my home as neatly as they found it. They even disposed of the boxes and old fixtures. I highly recommend!!

WARNING - BEWARE, this electrician is UNETHICAL in his practices and DANGEROUS in terms of the quality of work. I have receipts for everything, but Guillermo bid a job to do rough and finish electrical for our new construction. Our GC elected to use him, BIG MISTAKE, everything with rough went good, once we got to finish, things went bad. The primary concerns are as follows: 1.) Whole house generator was in the electrical plan from day one, and he asserts he did not bid that. This is problematic because that means at best, he can't read an electrical plan, and at worst he is dishonest. 2.) He walked off the job and refused to finish the work. He was 3/4 way through finish and just left, told the GC to pound sand. This forced us to bring in another electrician, who was fantastic, to finish the job and install the generator. Ended up costing us a LARGE premium. 3.) The work his crew of non English speaking individuals is SUPER SHADY; all the ceiling fans were installed without set screws allowing them to wobble, they wired a GFCI backwards which caused 1/2 the house to have no electricity, none of the low voltage lighting works, in the kitchen they installed a 24V inverter on a 12V low volt system which caused the LEDs to get so hot they started to blacken the cabinets. Needless to say unsafe. 4.) He then went to the County and placed a mechanics lien on our property. He was not paid for the finish work, he didn't finish and what he did finish had to largely be redone. Seems to me this is a practice he has developed, walk off the job, put a mechanics lien on the property, get paid for work you didn't do, force homeowners to pay more for the work. There is no burden of proof to put a mechanics lien on a property FYI. Bottom line - beware and do not use this company or individual for any electrical work.

My Skybell Doorbell failed after a power outage. I was able to schedule quickly to have the transformer an chime verified and I was able to reprogram the skybell and it’s working again

He is very knowledgeable, explains everything to you, and makes sure that you are satisfied. He was able to come same-day. He helped me a lot when another company tried to rip me off. I highly recommend Landeros Electric, he will be my go to electrician from here on out!

Can’t say enough great things about Landeros Electric!! We had struggled with our bonus lighting for years, he made a few suggestions that helped solve all the issues. His work ethic and customer service is over the top outstanding. We will only be using Landeros from now on!!

Landeros electrical, Memo is a solid electrician. He has been working w me on my construction projects for the past 2 years and has always been honest, fair and communicates so well. Landeros Electric rewired my kitchen for new appliances and installed can lights and new fans throughout my house. They were extremely professional and did fantastic work. Memo was thorough and made sure that I was happy with every aspect of my project. I will be using them again and highly recommend!

It’s a shame there’s only 5 stars. Guillermo and his crew did an awesome job on the Halo canless recessed lighting install. They more than deserve a 10. He is very conscientious, courteous and prompt. I could not be happier with the result as the lighting and install exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Landeros Electric, they will have my future business.

Guillermo was able to get to me the same day for 3 ceiling fans when I called. My spouse said he was extremely friendly, courteous, explained things after you show him what we need done to ensure that's what we're asking for. Gave us excellent advice for a future project.
