I was very pleased with the service. My oven went out and it's nearing Thanksgiving so I was in a panic. I could only find the same stove for $1500. Its a "peninsula bar so only a few models fit. I only gave the 4 stars instead of 5 because the main office never answered the phone during business hours over a span of several different times of day and never returned my calls even after a few days. Thats when I checked for reviews. I was nervous at first after reading the 1 and only review AFTER I paid the $250 deposit. I thought it was a scam too, so when I didnt hear from the office I searched my phone for the techs phone number from the original consult. I messaged the tech and he got back with me immediately and said the part arrived later than he expected and told me the new date of expected repair. We are now able to bake deliciousness and we are very happy!! My family and I Thank You!

I called needing a Technician to service my dryer. I Googled to find the nearest one and found this one, I called and spoke to a lady and was told after giving her my zip code that my area can be serviced. I was then transferred to a technician and after being on the call a few minutes he then says they do not service my area in Houston. I never said I lived in Houston, I live in the Hurst/North Richland Hills area. I called to inform the manager of the false info and he seemed to not care that their company is giving false information. I don't recommend this place at all if they can't even get their service areas correct.
