If you're considering buying a townhome from CB Jeni at City Point in North Richland Hills, be aware that construction is still ongoing. This review isn’t about the quality of the homes, but rather how the ongoing project is being managed. Construction crews frequently work beyond typical city ordinance hours and often play loud music, which disrupts the peace for current residents. It's something to seriously consider if you're looking for a quiet and livable environment from day one. Unfortunately, concerns raised with City Hall haven’t led to any improvement, as the focus seems to be on completing the project quickly rather than minimizing impact on residents.

CB JENI was awesome during my home buying process and Melanie helped out tremendously. Overall it’s been an amazing year living within the City Point Community so far.

We have been in our Townhouse for just over a year. It’s been a great move for us.
Melanie was amazing throughout the entire process! If I had to pick one thing I’d change, it would be the gravel between the sidewalks and the road in front of the house. It just looks unkept and tracks little stones into the house on your shoes. They should have put grass in.
