Pool Masters Over Texas handles my pool chemical maintenance every week. They are reliable and are always open to assist with any other pool equipment issues. I would definitely recommend their services! In addition, their filter clean service is the best I have experienced.

Not only are they professional and consistent, but any other pool issues I’ve had, they have referred me to people who have fixed issues out of their scope in a timely manner and with straight forward pricing. I call Pool Master Over Texas first now for any pool related matter because I know the job will get done right. I have more pressing matters at times and it’s nice to know when the family wants to use the pool, it will look and be maintained without further effort on my part. Going on my 13th year with Pool Master and couldn't be happier with their service. Easy going guys willing to work with you when major pool/filter reairs are needed and their weekly service keeps the water Crystal Clear. On the few occasions where the water got murky/cloudy, they're all over it till the problem is fixed. My HIGHEST recommendation!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a weekly maintenance package. I had several conversations about the service I received and the lack of emptying the baskets, algae growing under their regular maintenance, and other work that was not completed. They even sent out a specialist to confirm that we had algae problem and had to re-train. I gave them several opportunities to fix the work with a promise that the technician will be changed and a new supervisor was to be more vigilant. Did not happen. Same problems. I was promised a call by the owner. Also did not happen. Just too many problems and broken promises. Had to move on.

The guys at UP Pools are not only knowledgeable but also very caring. They take the time to explain everything and don't beat up your wallet when something needs to be repaired or replaced. Highly recommend!

We have been using Zane and his company for a few years now and couldn’t be happier. They come the same day every week and are very professional and are sweet to my dogs when they’re out in the back and I’ve never had any concerns with my pool because they keep on top of it. It’s so nice to enjoy my pool without Having to worry about doing the chemicals and balancing everything myself.
