I had an issue with my shower that I couldn’t figure out. Had two other plumbers come over and both of them told me they didn’t want to attempt it or didn’t know how to do it. (It was a plumbing/handyman type issue). Big Beard came out the same day I called him, and had it fixed within hours of getting the correct part which was difficult to find in the first place. Would highly recommend.
