Wes and Dooley did a great job. They took pride in their work and made the new tankless water heater installation look as good as they could. They showed me how everything worked with the tankless heater. The scheduling people were very good as well. I highly recommend Schrader Plumbing.

Well I thought this was a good company… I had a clog in my kitchen sink and the pipes under the sink were leaking. Trevor Williams came out and quoted $765 to “remove p-trap under cabinet, or remove plug
from wall cleanout to unstop drain. Once tech unstops line tech
will test to verify that stoppage is cleared, and will put back p-
trap or plug.” And to install a new basket strainer.
I had another plumbing company come by offered to fix it and also told me how to do it myself for $40. Do better guys. Now I will use their company for a long time. Honesty comes a long way.Reply to owner: Doesn’t matter. If you want customer satisfaction, instead of a quick dollar. You will do what it takes to keep that customer around. Also, you guys did not perform any of those services because the estimate was ridiculously high. Justify why you guys wanted to charge over $700 for a $40 problem.

Chris was very prompt, same day, and though it took an extra trip for a very specific part, he repaired the pipe very quickly and neatly. Totally satisfied with the service! I highly recommend Schrader Plumbing and Chris.
