We have used this pool service for over 12 years. They are conscientious, timely and always friendly. We have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so!

We’ve been very happy with our service. If we have ever had to call with a question they are friendly and quick to help. Frankie is knowledgeable, dependable, and keeps our pool sparkling!

I really don’t like the service at all. Have used them for approximately eight months. It started off good, however, there were several times where the pool cleaner guy would tell me that there were problems with my equipment, or there was a leak, or a part was missing, but then there seemingly was no follow up with any repair guy to come out and fix it. It is if they forgot about it. When I would bring it up on a subsequent visit, the cleaner would say that there isn’t a problem. But he’s the one who had said that there was a problem?!

I brought up these issues with the supervisor, I believe his name was Joe. Seemingly a nice guy. He said their biggest problem in the company is hiring people, men, who were able to do the work. He said that sometimes they hire people who say that they can do it, but then after spending a week or so in the hot Texas sun, they say adios. Apparently very hard to retain any good workers. Whatever.

I switched to another provider, and so far I have received prompt and courteous service. I would look elsewhere then Borden.

Borden is the best! They're punctual, professional, and have great prices. What we thought would be a very expensive fix to a broken pool pipe was a fraction of the cost and they got it fixed within 48 hours of finding out it happened.

They use to be good, but service went down hill over past 2 years. New staffing. Maybe they prefer installing pools, but they sure don't like maintaining them.
They price gouge massively on parts -- not just customary 20-30%... but often 200-300% above what you may pick it up for yourself at Leslie's or a e-commerce site. Very unfriendly office staff -- i.e. Kelley-- who answers the phone as if it is a bother.
Stay away is my best advice as there are many better, and affordable maintenance companies in the Southlake area.

We moved into a house, where the pool was in bad shape. When I have to call them, with yet another problem, they come out, quickly.
My pool maintenance man is Michael. He does a great job and quickly got my pool in shape. We previously had a bad algae problem. Michael, keeps my pool sparkling clean. Thank you, Michael!!

Not a customer, but I had a headlight that was out and I had no idea! I never caught his name but the long-haired Technician in truck #357 I believe, actually took time out of his day to let me know it was out! It’s the little things like that, that show tremendous character in a world full of seperation and malice. I never got this young man’s name but he deserves a raise or promotion for being alert and responsible like that in my opinion! If he’s like that for a simple stranger I can only imagine the care he puts into cleaning the pools he’s assigned. 10/10!

I have only ever used one pool company for years, so when I switched I was skeptical. I have to say that this is a responsive company who values their customers! If there was anything I needed, they would respond promptly and send someone within the hour. I was never questioned or given any excuses, and I was always made to feel valued. I would highly recommend Borden Pools for your pool maintenance needs if you want to feel like a customer they respect and want to retain!

Nate does a great job taking care of our pool. Kelly is awesome in seeing that things get done. Over the years, Borden has remodeled our pool, put in all new equipment after the freeze, and is always there when needed.

My pool is tricky. We have lots of trees surrounding the pool and algae can get out of control. Borden pool guru, Frankie, has the magic touch. His experience with difficult pools sets him apart. If you have a tricky pool, call Borden and ask for Frankie. You won't be disappointed.

Borden pools is the best pool company I've ever been with. Borden pools was on time and was very respectful of property. it took about a month for my pool to be built. This was well worth the money. They have been servicing our pool for over 5 years now and its worth every penny.

Our pool is finished and is awesome.

I've been using Borden Pools for 2 years now and they have taken care of everything without hiccup. Where I ran into issues they had solutions, and Frankie has kept my pool perfect all summer. We have had the luxury of swimming in it every day with it being so hot!

Joe from Borden pools came out today to help me with an ongoing issue with my pool. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations in helping me determine where a leak may be with my pool. We came up with a game plan to determine if further action will need to be taken should I continue to have any issues. He spent over an hour with me being very methodical to eliminate possible issues to my pool. He explained everything he was doing and the reasoning behind it.
When he was done he said it would be “no charge, which was unexpected. Borden pools has been my pool service for years I wouldn’t use anyone else . Thank you Joe for your diligence and professionalism .

Borden pools is by far the best of the best and then the most best! Joseph our pool guy is amazing he will go above and beyond when it come to our pool and all of our neighbors pools. If the pool isn't looking right he will be out here to get an eye on it all week! Borden has worked with us on so much, they have found leaks and just made our pool services in their hand an overall GREAT experience!!! This company meets all expectations, returns calls quickly and the pool technician Frankie is stellar, always in a good mood, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to maintain the chems and kept the algae away during the intense summer heat and higher than average water temperatures. Job well done!!

Borden pools has been very responsive in my inquiries with pool maintenance and pool equipment. Joe has always been super responsive and quick to put a solution to my pool problems. Nate which is my weekly pool maintenance tech has been great, timely, dependable and responsive to any questions or scheduling conflicts. I do recommend.
