No one was willing to fix my air conditioner because of its age and the type of refrigerant it uses. They all just kept saying I needed a new system. Mr. Greer said he could do it easy peezy and that’s what he did. He found a leak, fix it and got our home cooled off in short time. I will definitely be using him again if needed.

I had John come out to service my two HVAC units (annual check up). John was on time, friendly, thorough, and fair. He cleaned out an area in the system that the installers left dirty and found one of the units was about a pound short of freon. John topped off that unit and checked for leaks. An HVAC service provider I feel I can trust. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Greer's heating and Air Conditioning.

100% recommend Greer’s. Over the years he’s done a lot of work at both my house and my parent’s. From installing a whole new system (emergency during a hot summer), annual maintenance, troubleshooting, and worked with my folks until he found the right intelligent thermostat for my picky senior citizen mom. We had our ducts replaced by John Greer and they made sure the job was done right.

John came over quickly and checked our entire system before diagnosing the issue and fixing it right there. Not only that, he took the time to explain the details about how our system and components work, to aid Me in the future if I should run into any issues again. I doubt I will need him any time soon, but for all future system checkups or any issue that happens, I will be calling John again.

John was top notch for our service. We had a plugged relief drain and John immediately diagnosed the problem and spent the time to fix appropriately. He even had to make a run to the store to source the proper part rather than “find a piece” in his truck. Would recommend John to anyone that needs and willing to give a reference if needed!

John did everything humanly possible to fix my air conditioner. He worked up a sweat in that hot attic ares for hours each day. He. Communicated well explaining the process. He is also a true gentleman and a pleasure to be around. My air is now 60 percent humidity and cool. I'm so comfortable.

Our air conditioning went out 2 days ago during 100 degree days. John and his team came out yesterday discovering that we had a Freon leak in our 30 year old unit. Because this system used the old style Freon that is very expensive to use, we decided to replace it. John and his team worked all afternoon to replace the entire system, and now we are cool again. The inspection on a potential purchase of a home identified items that may not have been identified by the inspection company contracted.The issues were sent to the seller and will be resolved that will eliminate following the company that installed the units.

The heating in my house was not evenly distributed. Even when the thermostat was turned up, some areas were still cold. John diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done to resolve it, then immediately went to work to fix it. He also gave my furnace a thorough exam.
