I have been so impressed with Johnny Greer’s level of service and knowledge. He will be the only one I will use in the future and will refer all my friends.

John was top notch for our service. We had a plugged relief drain and John immediately diagnosed the problem and spent the time to fix appropriately. He even had to make a run to the store to source the proper part rather than “find a piece” in his truck. Would recommend John to anyone that needs and willing to give a reference if needed!

John did everything humanly possible to fix my air conditioner. He worked up a sweat in that hot attic ares for hours each day. He. Communicated well explaining the process. He is also a true gentleman and a pleasure to be around. My air is now 60 percent humidity and cool. I'm so comfortable.

Our air conditioning went out 2 days ago during 100 degree days. John and his team came out yesterday discovering that we had a Freon leak in our 30 year old unit. Because this system used the old style Freon that is very expensive to use, we decided to replace it. John and his team worked all afternoon to replace the entire system, and now we are cool again. Great service and support. Many thanks John and team.

The inspection on a potential purchase of a home identified items that may not have been identified by the inspection company contracted.The issues were sent to the seller and will be resolved that will eliminate following the company that installed the units.

The heating in my house was not evenly distributed. Even when the thermostat was turned up, some areas were still cold. John diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done to resolve it, then immediately went to work to fix it. He also gave my furnace a thorough exam. Yes, I would highly recommend Greer Heating & AC.

John Greer did a great job of restoring the A/C in one of our units. Half of the challenge was finding out the cause of the problem, and John kept me informed throughout his investigation. Once he identified the problem (leak in the cooling coil), he worked to get us the lowest cost, reputable replacement with the warranty we wanted. He also checked whether the builder had activated the warranty on the unit (they had not). John kept me informed throughout this multi-day process.

Amazing company. John is so honest about what he does. My fiancé used him to fix the AC at one of her rental homes. Another AC company had quoted her a big number to fix the issues. John explained that the issue was actually something pretty small and saved her a ton of money. So I decided to try Greer on my personal home. He came out quickly and fixed the system. He could have easily convinced me I needed a new compressor but all I needed was a few simple parts.

Our AC unit stopped working over night and we contacted Greer’s Heating and Air first thing in the morning and got an immediate response from John Greer. He scheduled us right away and came by within an hour to assess the issue. John was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to show us how to maintain our unit to avoid major issues down the line.

Especially during the Texas heat in July, I was so appreciative of his responsiveness and transparency with our problem, which turned out to be replacement of a capacitor.

We will be sure to use John again for our Heating & A/C needs.

I called John as for a second opinion. I have know him for years, he’s a great friend of my family. I’ve never had him come out to work on our AC. He was able to work on my unit. Very responsible, will explain everything and works really hard. I highly recommend him. Other companies will try to sell you everything out there and scare you. John will be honest.

Greer’s Heating and AC came out and provided a no cost quote then ordered and installed a whole house dehumidifier very quickly and did a great job. I highly recommend and will use Greer’s for any future HVAC work or repairs I need done.
